Was very excited to get these and use on my two Yorkies. The scissors were so dull they made it worse to groom my pets. All the scissors did was pull the hair and cause pain. The blunt tip was a really good idea but only if the scissors are sharp, and I cant even see where they can be sharpened because they have a serredge edge. Could not use !!!!! That is what I sent first without contacting the seller, I just assumed they wouldnt correct the problem of such a small nature, BOY! Was I wrong not only did they read my one star review they contacted me by email and apologize for the faulty product and said that can happen at times, they refunded my money and sent me another pair of scissors that they said they personally tested for sharpness hoped that this would correct the problem, I am so impressed with their customer service not to mention the scissors were awesome. My yorkies and I will come back often. Thanks for caring.

I love the curved safety feature, I feel the dog is much safer with the rounded tip. No chance that I will poke or cut him with sharp pointed scissors. I find I use these little scissors more than my full size grooming shears. I do wish they came in a better carrier. I lost the little plastic thing that protects the blades almost immediately. Other than that, I really like them. Bought a second pair to keep in the car in my Dog Emergency Kit.

I’ve been using it to trim around my Maltese’s eyes. Her long hair is always blocking her eyes despite going to regular grooming.

I love the size and feel in my hand. No fear of sharp points hurting my babes.

My rescue dog - a chow and golden retriever mix - has super sensitive skin and is skittish and easily scared. The groomer had to muzzle her because she snapped, so I decided to try grooming her myself. I bought a ton of different tools and tried them all - this was the hands-down winner (and the least expensive!) and is the only thing I use now other than a standard brush. Its small and takes a while, but the blades are really effective - I trim around her ears, her entire tummy, backs of all four legs, and thin out her tail a bit (we walk on the trails a lot and she was picking up dirt, burs, ticks, etc.) She remains very relaxed when I groom her with these little scissors, and I dont have to worry about accidentally hurting her. The blades were very tight when the scissors arrived, but I had read in a review that they might might need to be adjusted with a screwdriver. This just took a moment to do, and then they were perfect. Confession: I rinsed them off and used them to trim my bangs - they worked great!

Great scissor for cutting small mats. I have a newly-domesticated, feral indoor cat who is 4 years old. He is cautious about everything. I ordered these scissors a few months ago and kept them on an end table near my sofa where he likes to lounge near me and groom. Now that he likes treats, Ive been using them to stroke more of his body so he can get used to my hands in most locations. So Ive finally got him distracted and relaxed enough to stroke him around the head with one hand and use the other to snip some of his mats. He is still very wary and wont tolerate more than a few snips, but these scissors are sharp enough to cut through small mats with one snip and medium mats with a couple of snips...and I have a lot of confidence since they have blunt edges and I know I wont hurt him.

Perfect product for my needs. My furry cat formed many knots on the abdominal and butt area. Because it used to be a non-adoptable cat and only got use to me after few months, I called a mobile grooming service, but they were unable to catch the cat :)) in my apartment in order to get her to the grooming car. I searched for solutions online, saw your product on Amazon and decided to buy it praying I will be able to do the grooming myself. When my cat was next to me for one of her petting sessions I used the Tiny Trim and cut all the fur knots. She is usually a scaredy cat, but apparently did not feel anything unpleasant while i was going around her and cutting the knots. This product is not only totally painless, but it seems that my cat enjoyed it while I was grooming her. Thank you very much Scaredy Cut. I have also purchased your brush and I use it daily on Mitzi. She turns around to get brushed all over. I will prevent her to get new fur knots, but even if that happens, I got the Tiny Trim :)

This is a nice scissor for cutting out knots and mats in our cats fur. Just the right size and length. The one that we received was very sharp and has a micro serrated edge like good quality human hair cutting scissors. The small rubber bumper on the handle did fall off but a bit of super glue reattached it. This is a vital tool for the grooming of our long haired kitty.

I very much appreciated this product, particularly the sharp, but safe ends of the scissors. I used on my puppy and would not have been able to trim him up due to his super puppy behavior. Again, excellent product!
