Love it!

Went on vacation to Europe. Its just the right size, passed the size limites at London, Paris, Munich. Plastic but very sturdy. There is a nother version that has an outside pocket. I would get that one, but it more expensive.

Would have thought something so durable polycarbonate would not crack! Traveled all over Europe in the fall of 2017, several trips to Florida and Maine then a recent trip from Chicago to Mpls and voila the corner was cracked. Delta and Delsey are not taking any responsibility. No way to fix I was told by Delsey, they said to throw the suitcase away! Glad I did not give away my Hartman from 20 years ago!

After extensive research I decided on the helium titanium carry on. One other person commented on a defective lock, but most reviews were good. I also cannot open my lock. Their solution is to take it to a locksmith and have it opened!!!!! Im appalled at this solution!!!!

I love this bag! I purchased it for a business trip and was able to pack enough for 5 days. Including a pair of dress shoes and running shoes. I love that it holds my 15” laptop and it’s accessories in the front. This bag maneuvers smoothly and feels well constructed. Its light weight and looks sleek. Perfect bag for a busy person who always takes a carryon bag. Can’t wait to use it on international flights as well. I truly recommend this seller! Delsey is a great brand.

Super lightweight and I love the convenience of the front pocket. The color and finish look like aluminium, but with less weight and a lower price. The case fits easily in most overhead compartments.

Love the luggage they stood up to 2 trips without any issues. Large capacity I was able to pack so much for my cruise.

There is no warranty on this product. I owned the luggage for one year and it cracked, not at the hands of an airline employee or rogue monster but rather the owner lifting it out of a car and putting it on the ground where it tipped over. The entire side cracked. Yes, it survived at least a dozen airline trips but falling over it couldnt survive. I called Delsey and waited the appropriate 8 minutes on hold to be told that was third party damage and is not covered. I asked what is covered and was told manufacturers defects. I asked what that encompassed and the customer service representative could not articulate what that covered. She could tell me what was not covered but could not tell me what was covered.
