> 3 daySome back story. I broke my ankle and had to be in a cast for 2 months. With my first cast I used the usual trash bag and tape. I thought I had done it up well enough. Nope... water soaked all inside my cast. When I went the to have it replaced I was told about cast covers on Amazon. Being extremely OCD I had to research every cover. I notice that most said these ran tight. But they did the job. Here is my review. This last the WHOLE time. I of course was paranoid every time I took a shower that maybe my cast had poked pin holes. It does feel so odd. But every time my cast was dry. It was tight but it has to be thats how it keeps the water out. If it was loose it wouldnt work. The tightness made it difficult to get on but again, totally worth it. Some advice, dry the ring completely before removing the cover. And carefully hang to dry. Have someone help you put it on, if you can. And go slow. If you have to keep your foot/ leg dry this will be the best investment worth every penny.

> 3 dayIt needed to be trimmed at the top in order to fit the bulky cast and wrap of a fractured ankle. But then fit very snug and worked well keeping out all water.

> 3 dayTo be able to shower normally is under rated. With a broken ankle this given me more freedom.

> 3 dayI purchased for my Mom and let me tell you... this blessed our life so much. My mom has open wounds on her leg and shes very heavy. In order to give her a bath, we were wrapping her leg in used plastic grocery bags with duck tape and there was still some water getting through. But when I used this water proof leg cast BAM problem solved. AND its re-usable so we can use it again and again and again until it rips or losses suction. If I had an issue, it would be that my Moms leg is big and heavy which took a little longer and muscle to get it up her leg over her wrapping. GREAT BUY!!!

> 3 dayThough this was a little long for me after foot surgery, I never feared water getting inside.

> 3 dayExcellent product but not built for an adult with an ankle cast. Top opening is too small for my size 10.5 foot all casted up. For wrapped areas I can see that it would be wonderful. As noted well built just won’t work for my situation.

> 3 dayI am in a non weight bearing cast for over 10 weeks. This has been a LIFE SAVER. It fit over my splint cast and now over my hard cast that goes to my knee. It stretches over and is ample in size. It fits snug When taking it off you have to pull the top Down evenly so it goes over The cast then it slides Right off. I love it

> 3 dayI guess I didnt look at the picture close enough to realize that the gasket comes up to the knee. My bandaging is not that tall so this is larger than I need. I also noticed drops of water on the inside after use but this may have come during the removal. The gasket is very tight and was a challenge to get down my leg since it was like wearing a tourniquet.
