> 3 dayUPDATE 4/19/23: upgraded to 5 stars because it definitely works!! Personally when I use it, I wrap my ankle and foot in a plastic grocery bag and then put the shower bag on. It helps ensure it remains dry (though I have had no leakage issues) and also makes it easier to put on and take off for me. I figured out how to use it after finally reading the instructions lol, and the suction is pretty darn tight. Make sure when using you pull the bag above your cast (it stretches if need be because yes it is tight out of the box as it is supposed to be tight to suction), and then once you have a good spot you push the blue ring down. It creates like a little bowl where the water will sit and keeps the water out of the bag. Be careful when removing the shower bag! (This is also why I use a plastic bag before I put the shower bag on, because any water that may drip from the exterior of the bag when removing catches the plastic bag and not my cast. I just make sure to dry the shower bag as much as possible before pulling it off though and I don’t have that problem. 4/13/23: I only rated 4 instead of 5 because I haven’t used it yet to know if it works 100%.. but so far so good. I appreciate the ease of getting the product on over my injured ankle. I also love the suction to your leg, so I have faith that it will keep my cast dry as long as used correctly. In the pictures the suction band will look tight, but I have thicker legs and thighs so it’s no fault to the product; I just wanted to show the suction.

> 3 dayDue to the nature of the product most surgical or injuries take 6-8 sometimes 12 weeks to heel i think the return period should be extended . I bought 2 but k my used one , the other was back up .. never opened . I missed the deadline by 5 days … now I am stuck with it and out $20. Maybe an option when purchasing .

> 3 dayTo be able to shower normally is under rated. With a broken ankle this given me more freedom.

> 3 dayI guess I didnt look at the picture close enough to realize that the gasket comes up to the knee. My bandaging is not that tall so this is larger than I need. I also noticed drops of water on the inside after use but this may have come during the removal. The gasket is very tight and was a challenge to get down my leg since it was like wearing a tourniquet.

> 3 dayI was an ER Tech, and have had to assist patients with casts damaged by water. So, I appreciate the quality and design of this product. I also appreciate that this shoe does not slip in the shower.
