> 3 dayThe material is great but the design absolutely sucks. The zipper is opens up at the bottom of the briefcase, opposite from the orange handle, and its so frustrating. There have been a few times my laptop has fallen out because the zipper was not 100% closed. I wish I could return this, such a terrible product. I have no idea why the zipper is not on the top of the briefcase like every other bag. Update: I stand by my review of the bag but their customer service was great. They sent over a more suitable bag and I was very pleased overall. As a result, Im updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

Greater than one weeki couldnt be happier. Ive searched amd searched for the perfect soft case thin but super protective bag. this is it. next up would be a hard case. This case cushions all around all sides. Ive even sat my laptop down a little less than gently and didnt cringe. Its also thin enough too take in my already thin Crystalyn Kae work bag and i still have room! Also, the handle isnt leather and its nice and sturdy! perfect for vegans. UPDATE: Its been several weeks and I still love it ! It has now traveled w/ me by plane once and no issues. I wanted to make a comment about the most negative comments I have read which is regarding the zipper. First of all, its obvious where the zippers are. It is essentially backwards but in my mind easy to note and remember, zippers are here not HERE. I think some reviewers have noted that their laptop has fallen out because they forgot to zip it and assumed picking it up by the handle was all they needed to do. First of all, who puts their laptop in its case and doesnt zip it immediately even if youre going nowhere? Also, when I zip or unzip it, I am at a flat surface...so I am not clear why the laptop falls out and even If youre standing w/ it - you have complete control and are actively knowing where the zippers are. POINT: DONT let the zipper comments deter you.

Greater than one weekI was lucky enough to purchase a kindle 10 and an 12 iPad. I dont read books on my iPad but wanted a case that was protective for both and comfortable to carry. This case with its side opening holds both with room to spare. Both have individual cases on them and fit nicely inside this plush case. I also have room for both chargers to fit inside a smaller outside zip pocket. The stitching and quality of the materials is of top quality. Its durable enough to carry on its own, yet its small enough to slip into a backpack. I love this case and would highly recommend it to anyone. Mine is a navy blue with a brown handle.

> 3 dayI literally JUST received this item a few minutes ago and rushed to insert my laptop inside. I have a 15.6 inch HP laptop and it fits perfectly. Exterior material is a bit more wrinkled than what is pictured, but that doesnt bother me too much. Interior is nice and soft. The most surprising aspect was that the main compartment zipper does NOT open 180 degrees! It opens only from one side (right if you are looking at it head on with the tomtoc brand displayed) and you must slide your laptop inside rather than lay it in like shown in the picture. I have not seen anyone else report this, but upon looking through the reviews, I noticed that the 180 degree design has proven to be rather problematic for others in that it increases the risk of your laptop falling out (yikes). Not sure if this was an intentional fix to that problem or not, but I think it is something people should be aware of regardless. Other than that misleading claim, I am happy with it for now and plan to keep using it. *UPDATE: Tomtoc reached out to me and verified that the location change for the zipper was indeed to fix the issue of laptops falling out. They apologized and even issued me a partial refund for the inconvenience! Excellent customer service!

> 3 dayI got this because it fit my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro but specifically because the blue material with the tan handle looks great and premium. But I got the recycled plastic version, which is a darker blue with a black handle. Doesnt look nearly as good. I contacted their support, and they told me the tan handle version is no longer sold. After a few days I got a refund. Im happy theyre using recycled material and that the customer service was good, but they really need to change the product listing here. It still shows a product they no longer have, which is functionally lying to buyers.

> 3 dayI bought the one sized for a 13.3-13.5 Macbook Air, and it fits my Thinkpad X1 Carbon (5th gen) perfectly. The case seems very nicely made and reasonably water repellent, and I like the look of the black with tan handle. The side pocket is reasonably big and expands. For travel, I can easily stick the Thinkpad and an iPad Air 2 in the main compartment. The side pocket holds my computer glasses+case, an Apple USB-C wall charger+cable (thats what I use for the Thinkpad), a couple of other small USB chargers and cables, a pair of AirPods in their case, and even a Panasonic DMC-GM1 camera with pancake lens (though thats about the limit of the thickness). The case is also very light compared. Overall, Im very pleased.

> 3 dayWith a laptop as big as mine, I dont expect to be able to fit it into most backpacks/satchels I use, so I needed a case that could work standalone for protection and easy carrying. The handle and exterior material of this case are very durable, and the padding seems to be perfect thickness to protect the laptop without being excessively bulky. I use this for an Acer Chromebook 15, which is just a hair large for it so the end where it zips, I have to squish the padding a little to fit around the laptop, but zips up without trouble regardless. Front pocket is roomy enough for a charger, your writing utensils, and miscellaneous other supplies. Thanks Tomtoc!

> 3 dayI use this sleeve alot and have had no problems with it. The sleeve will actually fit quite a bit with the ability to fit notepads, pens, chargers, cables, etc. Personally I have fitted my laptop in there and its a tight fit, with its charger, a portable charger, a couple charging cables, pens, and a small notepad. Itll be slightly bulky but for all that to fit in a sleek looking case makes it not a big deal at all. I havent had the chance or will purposely give it a drop test, but it seems itll protect from small drops. Probably not tall corner drops as much. But it comes with a handle that should make it a lot harder to drop.

Greater than one weekGreat case, fits my HP Omen 15 perfect. The extra pocket is spacious enough to the point that I can even fit a small Dell XPS in the pocket as well ALONG WITH the HP. The handle is nothing to really go crazy about but it looks fine (if a little bit orange) but it feels sturdy enough. Side loading for the laptop is a plus, less zipper = less space for things to get through. I recommend.
