> 24 hourWorks, but disappointed that the usb-c doesnt fast charge my phone. Also, the USB ports are impossible to use if you have something plugged in to the outlet.

> 24 hourAfter a few months of use the usb c port has become loose. So that if you bump the cable or jostle it, the charging will stop. Whenever we plug in a phone to the cable, we have to make sure the end in the outlet is pushed in tight, issue is with multiple different brands of usb c cable. Usually at some point it will get bumped and the phone will stop charging. But, it does charge quickly from both ports, when it does charge. **UPDATE: Eventually, the USB c port became so loose that no cable will work in it, so were left with a single USB A port on this outlet.

> 24 hourOutlet was very easy to install. No clearance issues in standard one gang box. Charges great. Nice to have the USB C for faster charging.

> 24 hourThis outlet works fine for any phone or tablet, but if you have a Mac book pro apple laptop... it WILL NOT CHARGE hardly at all. My charging brick registers at over 80 watts, where this outlet only supplies up to 20 watts. Charges less than 4 times as slow though.

> 24 hourWorks perfectly with my Pixel 2! The phone is not always say that its rapid charging but it the voltage tester app says other wise. And I just charged 25% in about 15 min. This wall outlet is worth the extra money!

> 24 hourLikes: 1) it has a 30W Power Delivery USB-C port and 30W USB-A port (no PD). 2) the power wires are secured with clamp terminals that are designed to be easier to connect than standard clamp terminals. The Expected: When both ports are in use, the C port is limited to 15W and the A port is limited to 10W. These limits are in the spec and are necessary to keep the total power under 30W. Dislike: It appears that the 30W PD port gets knocked back to 15W even if a USB-A cord is simply plugged in, even if nothing is attached. This is NOT okay. Whats worse, it appears that you must unplug both the C and the A ports before the C port returns to 30W. The effect is a little more subtle as it seems like it only comes into play for certain USB-A cords... like maybe the outlet is sensing the impedance of the cord? What is really annoying is that the PD port doesnt reset to 30W until BOTH ports are unplugged. My outlet is installed behind some wall-mounted furniture so I need a type C and type A extension cable to access the ports... with this configuration, the 30W PD USB-C port essentially does not exist since I cannot unplug and replug cords to reset the PD port. Essentially I have two low power outputs. If you can access the outlet easily, then this quirk would not be a problem.

> 24 hourIm on my second one of these, and in both cases the USB-C port has stopped working after 2-3 months of use. The outlets and the USB-A port continue to work, but the USB-C port will not charge. I dont think Ill bother replacing this one now that its happened identically twice in a row.
