> 3 dayGreat bag. I’ve traveled with this on a few trips literally around the world. I travel a lot to Asia and most bags I’ve gotten either the bag was uncomfortable, the strap pad tore or it cut into your shoulder. This bag changed all that. It is very sturdy and I can pack 3-4 days worth of clothes in it along with my CPAP equipment and I usually carry 3 lbs of coffee as well for my extended trips and as gifts. Could put more clothes in if I didn’t have to carry the machine or coffee. The shoulder strap is comfortable especially on the long walks through airports. Great bag ****Update to my previous review**** Had to do a field repair in an airport as the strap broke at the clasp. I had 2 S clips with me in my emergency kit (because Ive had bags break on me before). Still love he bag, but would like another strap.

> 3 dayThis bag for starters was just what I needed for my 7 day trip abroad. This is what I was able to pack in this bag: (Note, Im a male) 7 t shirts 1 button up 2 pants 2 shorts 7 pairs of socks 7 boxers Toiletries : ( 3oz of a shampoo bottle, deodorant, nail clippers, toothbrush) An extra pair of shoe and sandals/slides (Im 11.5 US Foot size) 4 plugs: 2 EU adapters and 2 battery outlets for my camera. All this was packed with EASY effort! All this and I didnt have to unzip to expand my bag. My flight specifically said no more than 22lbs on the plane as carry on, but I packed about 18 to 23 pounds all in all. Fits perfectly in the overhead cabin as well. Definite recommend for a short or long week.

> 3 dayPrior to purchasing this item I read through numerous reviews, a majority of which had complaints about the size, smell, and inferior zippers. I decided to order it anyway as I needed a new carry-on size bag and I liked the look, color (Coffee), and material of this one. Upon arrival I had no issues with any smells. The color was a little misleading. It is more of a light tan instead of the darker brown material represented in the picture, but looks nice anyway. The overall size is exactly as stated in the description which is suitable for a carry-on bag and weekend trips. So far I have used it on two weekend trips. I drove both times so can’t speak to whether or not there are any hassles being used as a carry-on. Zippers and hooks are all made of metal and appeared fine; however, the first time I tried to use the shoulder strap it immediately broke. The hook pulled out of its metal fitting/enclosure as if it wasn’t crimped hard enough. I reached out to the seller to inquire about a warranty and replacement strap. After 2 weeks I had not heard back from them and called Amazon (who fulfilled the item) and was informed the only recourse was to return the item. There was no option for a replacement shoulder strap. I still like the bag and have tried to fix the shoulder strap myself. Haven’t used it again so not sure if it worked or not.

> 3 dayI needed a new bag for a trip to Iceland, England, Scotland, and Ireland this Summer as my backpack wasnt going to cut it for 3 weeks of clothing and travel items, including jackets and scarves. This bag was perfect for the job. Through 7 different airports, 5 different countries, and multiple days of long travel I had absolutely no problems. I loved the pockets on the sides that allowed for expansion and fit my size 13 shoes. The small front pocket was the perfect size for my passport, boarding passes, and other travel info. The bag itself fit like a glove for each airlines carry-on limit even when packed completely full, and was easy and comfortable to carry/travel with. The canvas material feels very durable and I was never worried about damaging the contents. I highly recommend this bag as a carry-on for long trips .

> 3 dayso far so good, i stuffed the crap out of it for a trip to Mexico, i knew the size but it was a 4 day trip so it took the load pretty good: - toiletry bag: my razor, shampoo, body wash, shaving soap, lotion, cologne - 4 pairs of socks - 4 sets of underwear - 4 t shirts - 3 shirts - 1 pant - 3 shorts - 1 flashligt - phone charger that pretty much stuffed the bag to the limit, which is good for its size, the quality of the materials and the build quality seems good, Id recommend it more for a weekend trip tho, meaning dont plan on stuffing more things than what you would use in 2 days, so is perfect for a weekend trip and such

> 3 dayThe bag is good for short trips. Has a lot of great features and plenty of pockets. The expandability is a big plus. For me, it is just the right size to carry work clothes and dress clothes for those overnight trips that you never know what to pack, so you pack a little of everything. It allows you to always be prepared for the unexpected.

> 3 dayI purchased this duffel bag to replace one that is too small for all my stuff. I use it for a cosmetic bag when traveling and it holds all my toiletries plus brushes and combs, 2 curling irons, hair dryer, phone adapter, hand held mirror, undies, a pair of flip flops, and there is still room for more. And thats without using the extenders. I put some cardboard in it (one piece that supports the sides and bottom) and also a plastic type storage container (no lid) that fits the bottom perfectly and will keep any spills or leaks from getting on the fabric. Great price and I expect it to last a long time.

> 3 dayWhen I travel, I don’t see the need to take a lot of “stuff” with me. I have wanted a bag like this to handle just what I need without me needing to use a bulky suitcase. This bag is durable, just the right size, lightweight but strong. Just what I have been looking for.

> 3 dayGreat bag, but I dont like rating a duffel bag on sturdiness with a 5 star system. In the event of a zombie apocalypse would your first thought be to jam a door with a duffel bag or would you pick almost anything else? A duffel bag is not sturdy by definition unless they mean durability, in which case - why have durability as another category? Merriam-Webster definition: a soft oblong bag for personal belongings Even the sturdiest duffel bag can only aspire to be sturdy. It looks upon other types of bags with wonder, hope and sometimes jealousy at their superior sturdiness. You get 4 stars for sturdiness - *at best* - duffel bag. I give you 3. Why? Because there must be a sturdier duffel bag out there. It is a 5 star bag and might even be my favorite bag of all time. It has 5 star durability and is a 5 star bag for traveling but it is a 3 star bag in sturdiness because it is made of cloth and collapses. You should buy the bag if you like the looks of it because the quality of the zippers and the bag itself are amazing. I beat the hell out of it and it looks the same as when I bought it. Just dont buy it to stand on to reach anything high up.
