> 3 dayI bought a pair of these on the promise of having a pair of sturdy yet compact umbrellas, and the leading factor on choosing this particular one was the promise of having a replacement sent if broken or defective. I have not used mine much, one has been used at least two times for very brief periods, the other not used at all. On the third use of the umbrella, it worked fine initially, but when attempting to reopen after leaving a store, it would extend the umbrella body, but not the umbrella itself. No worries, I thought, as I still have the tags on the umbrella that guarantees replacement. Upon contacting support at Tradmall, they said they would send me a replacement via Amazon, but a week passed and then two. I tried contacting support again, twice, but no response. Update: After following up with support, another replacement unit was sent and received.

> 3 dayWhen I first received these two enormous umbrellas I loved them but, that was short lived. The first one I only used about 5 times when the button that puts them up and folds them in broke. Started using second one and after only 3 uses same thing happened. Not worth spending $35 for 2 umbrellas that you get 8 uses out of total for both. I would not purchase again.

Greater than one weekThese umbrellas are well worth what I paid for them. They are sturdy and very well made..... And you dont get a lifetime warranty on many products these days so that should give you confidence that you are purchasing a quality item. Would definitely recommend.

Greater than one weekI like these umbrellas at first glance. They are easy to open and seem to have strong spines. The umbrellas were a little heavier than I expected I am assuming because of the extra spines. Probably my biggest complaint right now is that they are hard to close.
