I used my suitcase for the first time a month and a half after purchase and the zipper on the small suitcase broke, leaving the suitcase contents exposed during travel. I was using it for a two day trip, with the suitcase barely filled halfway. This was an expensive purchase so I am very disappointed that it did not last after the first use and I am left with no return option. Do not recommend.

Love this luggage. Bummed out that Alaska broke on of the bags. They “replaced” it a mother brand and you could instantly tell the difference. Will buy another Travelpro!

Went to use the suitcase for the first time and the zipper that expands the suitcase does not work. Call TravelPro and it is hard to reach someone, when calling you are put on hold and then told to call back they are to busy to answer the phone. I called over 14 times to reach a customer service agent. When I finally reached a customer service agent she sent an email asking for pictures, but told me there probably nothing they can do, they would evaluate the picture but it is probably not covered under warranty. We just waisted over $300 on a two piece set of luggage that the large suitcase is not usable. Do not waste your money.

I worked in the aerospace business all over the world and never had problems with my Luggage from Travel Pro....This was bought this for my wife, and she loves it. Im retired now, and I prefer travel by tossing a duffle type bag into the back of a car. RV with jeep behind it works well. .... just tired of airports and flights. It was great fun but if you are starting out on business travel try the Travel Pro Line and you will be glad.

The appearance is great, and the quality is even better.

During my very first trip, one of the feet broke off. No big deal, these have a great warranty right? Wrong! Contacted warranty support and they said I could ship back to them at my own expense or drive it to a warranty repair center (only reasonable one was about 20 minutes away and only open a few hours a day Monday-Thursday). They refused to just send me the small part. I have replaced with a different brand that stands behind their product.

Horrible quality and 30 days later still no refund
