> 3 dayI love this product. I started using it from its original Kickstarter campaign. It works very well. However, I honestly have the sneaky suspicion that the “technology” of this “solid-lubricant” was purchased/stolen from a chemist I once knew from 2008 to 2011, named Jim, who owned and invented an oil additive exactly like this product and sold it locally from his huge Delafield WI chemical plant and warehouse, but who was also imprisoned the same year Tribotex started their “research” into this technology. Jim was imprisoned for reasons unknown to me. Jim sold a similar sized plastic container for only $35, so $100 for the same amount seems like a complete rip off. But the product works exactly the same, and it really works well. I guess it’s the extra price we all pay to help a huge corporation get away with buying/stealing someone else’s hard work while they’re in prison. I’m not lying either. I’m absolutely serious about once knowing Jim in Delafield WI. My sister even worked as a secretary of his chemical manufacturing business, and I dated Jim’s daughter for a few months. This product is a 99% exact replica of what he personally created, but never had the opportunity to popularize and profit from because he was arrested and imprisoned for reasons unknown to me.

Greater than one weekI read lots of positive reviews and decided to buy one dose for my 1995 VW golf GTI. It has just over 350000 miles and I drive it very hard. I run it with Amsoil racing oil 10w30. Using Amsoil has made the engine very quiet and I got a significant increase in power over the other full synthetic oil one can buy in stores. I was kind of skeptic about this product but I put one dose in the crankcase of my golf. The noise level went down almost instantly. I started it this morning and notice that even cold its more quiet than before I added the product. Ive driven only 50 miles and to be honest, I havent noticed any increase in power yet but the product is supposed to works at its full potential after 500 miles. Any way I have decided to get 2 mores doses for my trucks. 1990 Dodge dakota V6 and 1993 Dodge dakota V8. Ill update my reveiw in a couple of weeks when both my trucks and my car will have passed the 500 miles mark.

Greater than one weekI used tribo tex in my 2008 Cadillac Escalade. I am very pleased with it! My truck used to knock/ tick so bad I would be embarrassed to go through a drive threw because of the loud ticking! After using tribo text, my truck runs smooth and quite! I noticed a difference about a couple of hours after I put it in, and I really heard the difference in about 2 days or so after 500 miles. My husband thought it wasnt a good investment, and now he definitely has a change of heart!

> 3 day2006 2.5L altima. My motor did get quieter. Its hard to test “vibration levels” and fuel economy promise but i figure if it got quieter its doing everything else it says it does. Reccomend the product for your everyday car and MAKE SURE YOU GO TO WEBSITE TO GET EXACT INSTRUCTIONS. Packaging does not come with them. Also dont add additive while the car is running (dont try it just take my word).

Greater than one weekI put it in, and now Ive put 300 miles on my truck, can only hope that after another 2,500 miles and my next oil change that it has done its thing. You cant afford to put it in with every oil change! I bought the transmission version also, hopefully it will help with hard shifts...but thats for another review.

> 3 dayOutstanding!! Added to my 2013 Toyota Venza Limited with 60K miles after an oil change. Noticed a visual incremental drop on the temperature gauge. Car picks up and quickly accelerates smoothly on demand. High engine noise was not a factor prior to product use yet, I now strain to hear the engine operating at idle. Going to buy more of the product to treat my childrens cars as well.

> 3 dayCadillac Escalade ESV 2005 - 178k miles I really wanted to believe this stuff doesnt work.I really really thought it wouldnt work but decided to purchase anyways after a lot of hesitation (mainly because the high price point for such a small amount). After researching the science behind how this stuff works and realizing this is mainly a coating around components that should hopefully last a while.. i decided to fork over the money for the product. I didnt notice a difference right away contrary to what some reviewers indicated. At this point im around 1000 miles after putting it in and have to admit that this stuff has been working. I started to notice smoother acceleration around 100 miles and somewhere between 500-600 miles the oil pressure was showing slightly higher (a good thing). Its possible the oil pressure increased sooner but i didnt remember to pay attention before that. around 700 miles i noticed a previous slight tapping noise in my engine is now possibly gone. Idle is quiet (within the engine at least), driving is very responsive, acceleration feel smooth. Overall, im impressed. Keep in mind this coats components and other walls within the engine so if you have severe damage and rather large scratches in your engine from just bad maintenance/heavy wear/excessive damage... This product just might not work as expected and may not be the miracle you want it to be for those cases. All i can say is, its surprisingly working (and not so surprising at the same time). look into why it works so you understand how it can vary from situation to situation. Most importantly, BE PATIENT! its working, it just takes time to fall into all the places.
