> 3 dayUPDATE: 3/23/2018 I received a response back from TriboTex and they stand by their product and customers. A+ customer service! Added the first treatment in my Porsche Cayenne S at 138,000 miles. I didnt see any noticeable changes. I drove over 1500 miles since adding and still didnt notice much. At 142,000 I had a oil change. The Cayenne requires 9 quarts of Mobile 1 0w-40. After the oil change I decided to purchase another TriboTEX treatment and thought maybe since the engine capacity is much larger than most standard engines it may require two treatments. I have since driven a little over 500 miles since adding the second treatment and still dont see any results. I was hoping this stuff would really help reduce friction and noise I been experiencing. Maybe its just not the right stuff for my vehicle or maybe something else is wrong with my engine.

> 3 dayI was skeptical at first but, at 501 miles to the mile my Jeep Grand Cherokee got more horse power and the engine knock quieted down. I now get more power. Last time I check I went from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds. Not sure what it did before I put it in, because I never checked. I don’t think they would charge a $100.00 if it wasn’t worth it. I also have a older Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0 straight six that had a loud lifter knock which they are notorious for and it made it quieter. Gas mileage is the same but, cheaper than a new engine. I will buy again if need be but, don’t know when to add a new one. You get what you pay for and I think it is worth every penny. Matter of fact I have bought this for other people and promote it without a penny in return. Just because no one knows about this product unless you look for it. I also did extensive research before purchasing. Most reviews are positive. I don’t know if you change the oil if it still effective but, I would assume that it stays in the engine as it sticks to the inner workings of the engine. Will buy again on new car.

> 3 dayI used Tribotex to quiet a slight lifter tick. After a few days the lifter noise was gone. Then, after a few weeks I noticed the dripping rear main had stopped. Very impressed. Changing a rear main on a C-6 Vette is not a any bargain. Thanks Turbotex!

> 3 dayI don’t see why these people are giving a 1 star rating. I have been a mechanic for over 30 years. I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler with 178,000 miles on it. I added this product and I noticed differences right away. I live in a mountainous area and since using this product my shifting and engine RPM pattern has been way different. Hills that I used to have to downshift on are a thing of the past. I feel this product took my engine back to 78,000 miles instead of it having 178,000 miles. I am really tempted to use it in my transmission, transfer case and differentials. I wish I knew someone that had a high mileage vehicle that vislabaly burnt oil to try this product in to see if and how this product worked on it.

> 3 dayPurchased for two vehicles, 10 & 12 yrs. old. Have only a couple hundred miles on each to go before manufacturer says I should begin to notice a difference. Thinking of Carly Simons song ANTICIPATION :-)

Greater than one week2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 5.3L V8 with 199,000 miles. The truck has always run well, but idled a little rough and had a lifter ticking sound. After an oil change and adding TriboTex I took it on a 34 mile drive on the highway. The idle is so smooth now, can barely hear the engine running. Have only put about 300 miles on the truck. HAVE NOT hand calculated MPG yet, but the dash always says 15.1 average, and is really accurate when hand calculating. This tank it says 15.8 average. Ill hand calculate the next tank to see if its accurate. If so that is a 6.32% MPG increase and that is incredible.

> 3 dayMade mercury Grand Marquis run quite. Car 25 years old. Dad car had 127,000 miles. 3 year I had it put 50,000 on it. Put plugs and plug wires. Head gasket. Water pump and alternator. Engine had noise. Warmed car up. Put turbo-Tex in. Drove 135 miles. Run quite and cooler. Happy with it. Being old car it get good gas mileage. V-8. Many more miles left in it.

> 3 dayI have a 2001 Subaru Outback with a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder and the last couple of years the drivers side head has been clattering and has been getting worse as time goes by. To the point where I was giving thoughts of selling the car or getting the engine rebuilt. I thought well what the heck maybe I can look into some oil additives to quite it down until at least next spring and I might try to rebuild it myself to save money. I stumbled upon Tribo TEX on Amazon and read the specs and reviews and even though this stuff is not cheap I gave it a shot. So I changed the oil and filter even though it was not due just because it made sense to me. (By the way I recommend maybe mixing it up with say a quarter quart oil before squeezing it into the oil filler neck and maybe heating the oil and Tribo TEX in the micro wave or pan on the stove until it dissolves together. I changed the oil at 40 degrees outside and had some issue with the Tribo TEX sticking to the filler neck.) I ran the car at idle on jacks for about an hour while I looked for an anti freeze leak, and then finished up and parked it in my detached garage overnight. I drove the car the next day about 23 miles and I already have noticed a big difference. Not only has the noise become a lot quieter but I believe it has more get up and go, and it seems to be running smoother. Now two days later I started the car this morning and the outside temp was about 15 degrees, the engine did clatter at first but quieted down pretty quickly and I now have about 50 miles on it since adding the Tribo TEX. The literature says it takes 500 miles before it is completely through all the bearing surfaces properly. So my opinion is this stuff is appearing to be worth the money and I am already discussing putting it in my wifes car, my 6.0 liter turbo diesel truck, and my big block V8 7.3 liter boat engine.
