I have it plugged into a light sensor (dusk) timer, just like the last set. Each evening it goes back to the combination setting, which is way too flashy for my patio. My last set would stay on the steady setting. I am going to need to find another that will stay on the setting I use.

They were longer than I expected and I wish there was an easier way to turn them off and on. You have to flip through settings every time you turn them on. Settings were fun though and added a lot to my holiday decor.

We used these lights to light up a tree that we have for our daughter. I know if she was alive she would love the blue lights.

As many folks have noted, this does change settings with each power on. It wouldnt be a problem but it resets to the strobe light setting, and so you get high powered light output followed by cut-off and it is a very sickening affect - like having a visual version of your fire alarm going off at 2 a.m. Mine keep reverting to that and I have to run to shut it down. The other settings are softer affects and I dont mind the changes. Regretful purchase but I wish the manufacturer would just delete the strobe setting and they would have been perfect.

Got these for my sisters birthday, she loves them. She had to buy new batteries already!!

The lights do not save in their last setting, so if you want to have a solid light on your tree…you have to scan through the settings every time the lights are turned on. Learned this the hard way after the tree was fully decorated

Love these lights. They have adapters on the end of each of these so you can string multiple stands together. These can be set on a steady light, or blinking. The price was great and the quality seems to be amazing. We have only used them for one holiday season.

Bought these for a college student for next year. We tried them out at Christmas, but didnt have them out long, so I dont know how well they will work over time. They are really pretty, and will help brighten up a dorm room! They would look good in a bedroom too. Hope they last throughout college!
