Twinkle Star 100 LED Star String Lights, Plug in Fairy String Lights Waterproof, Extendable for Indoor, Outdoor, Wedding Party, Christmas Tree, New Year, Garden Decoration, Warm White

I got these on a Black Friday special and used them all Christmas season. I bought four strands, hooked them together, and used them on our tree. The warm color was nice and the different settings were of a good variety to choose from. Some were a little too crazy and gave me a headache (but my kids and husband thought they were fun) but there were other settings that were both intermittent and not crazy. There is also a standard setting. The nice part is once you choose a setting it stays there there for plugging and unplugging unless you change it. NOW, the only drawback is that putting up and taking down these lights is kind of a pain because of the little star shape. It gets caught and tangles *very* easily. I took them down and put them on a reel hoping it will help for next year but even that was an ordeal so I think it’s just something you have to deal with.

These lights are cute, but WHY OH WHY did they place the control for the lights on the plug that goes into the outlet? I bought these to hang from the canopy on my toddlers bed and had planned to plug them into a power strip that would be kept under his bed (so that there arent unsafe wires everywhere!), but that would have made the button completely unreachable. So now I have to buy some special type of wall outlet extender so that I can plug them right into the outlet that is partially covered by the back of his bed. Of course I didnt realize this until I had already spent forever untangling them and hanging them on the canopy - otherwise I would have returned them! These should either come with a remote, or the control should be moved elsewhere! Update: After I bought the special plug to plug them in behind my sons bed, I also bought a switch that allows my son to turn the lights on and off via a switch that he can reach while in bed. I thought this would solve all the problems! But alas, no. I was hoping that after we picked the setting for the lights that we wanted (the solid setting where they remain on), that they next time we turned them on, that they would keep that setting. But no, after you turn them off and back on, you have to navigate through all the other settings (via the button on the plug) until you get to your desired one. (It starts off with a flashing on-and-off setting that I find too stimulating and not good for bedtime-story reading.) So after we turn the lights on we have to reach for the button on the plug and push it 4-5 times. I cant believe that I have purchased 2 extra devices and still cant get these to work the way I want! I wish I could go back in time and return these before I spent the time wrapping them around his bed canopy!!

i loved these lights so much!! the only thing i will say though is that it didn’t fit my whole room, but i don’t mind :))

I bought these for my deck in early summer 2021 and never quite got around to bringing them in at the end of the season. All year long as night fell—through the scorching summer heat, during the torrential rains and powerful winds of autumn, through the ice and snow and subzero temperatures of a brutal New England Winter, through the spring and its many false starts—the twinkling of these lovely amber stars glittered on my deck for hours. Hours! Now it is the summer of 2022. Its been the hottest I have ever experienced here in New Hampshire. The lights remain around the deck railing, exposed to the elements and wildly fluctuating temperatures. The stars still twinkle, lovely as ever. A product created by mere mortals would have warped by now, or maybe just fallen apart due to the severe neglect. These are something else. Seriously. I wonder if I tried to cut through them if I even could. I dont think it would work. I wonder if I put the solar panel deep under the earth, where no sunlight could reach it, it would inexplicably still glow each night. I think it would.

I bought these lights to string through my daughter’s loft bed. I was very careful unraveling it as to not cause much tangling, but it got tangled anyway. Which is actually understandable considering the lights are stars, so the string will get caught on those points. I would’ve given this five stars but upon first plugging it in, the stars wouldn’t light up. It took several attempts before it started working properly. I even plugged into different outlets to be sure. Another reason for 4 stars is because while putting them up I noticed some strings of dried hot glue coming from one star, and sure enough while stringing them through the bed that exact star fell off. It easily went back into place and if it continues to fall off, I’ll just hot glue it again myself. My kids love the lights though. Very bright and we like all of the different settings as well.

Got these for my sisters birthday, she loves them. She had to buy new batteries already!!

I bought this set and I’m not disappointed. There are a few modes you can set the stars to, I would say 6/8 modes are impractical but you still have the option so I guess it’s cool. I turned this product on for a while to see if the stars got hot and if that would be a problem, but it’s not!

Had 3 of them connected for 2 years on my walls, works great and look very pretty! Just ordered a 4th one since I’m moving into a bigger place

These set of lights really works! I ordered four boxes initially and they all worked well since Thanksgiving. I especially like that they are star shaped which gives me a bigger light source than the fancy tiny LED pen head lights that I also ordered. Theyve made an impact since installing them. Cars have been slowing down to catch a glimpse because few people dont bother to put up lights this early in the Virgin Islands because of the high cost of electricity. Nevertheless, Im happy with my purchase so much that I ordered a few more boxes to expand my outdoor Christmas decorations.
