Product did the job to keep the electrolytes in balance (no leg cramping and kept salt in check so no lightheadedness), but the taste is a strange somewhat salty lemony mix. I add the mix to my Bai water or my Sparkling orange ICE drink. My husband puts into a thermal water bottle with lots of ice—which I think the water and mix only is an acquired taste. We are doing Keto dieting together and losing a lot of fluids as we diet & exercise. This mix has been effective in preventing dizziness and most muscle cramps.

I love the flavor n it doesnt have the after taste that crystal light has. Hubby n I love to make ice tea with it.

I appreciate that this formula has a nice mild lemon flavor. Its not too sweet and mixes easily with water. Excellent for particularly intense days or high temps to get back some salts and electrolytes. .

It tastes good, my kids enjoy it, and it’s the best priced hydration powder we could find. But, I don’t like that it stains my straw, so is likely staining my teeth as well. The packaging is also really bad. The scooper is very short, and the container is narrow, so when you get toward the bottom it’s impossible to reach the powder with the scooper unless maybe you have little toddler sized hands that can fit inside. Why not make a longer scooper or a wider container?

My husband and I love this product and brand. However, every time we order it, the price has increased. We are not having to limit our purchases and are looking for less expensive alternatives since we currently use this product a couple times per day each.

Update: Increasing from one star to four. The company sent me a replacement unit, and this product dissolves much better than the previous. Not sure what the problem was, but I am still concerned about quality control. The first container I bought dissolved well in water so, even though I had to struggle to read the tiny white print on the yellow background of the label, I reordered. I have doubts about the quality of this product given that the second container does not dissolve nearly as easily, not even after sitting in water for a day. Whats in there - plastic? I now have to wonder about the quality of the product - is it even what its advertised? Will not order again due to lack of consistency.

I use this every morning to feel hydrated and energized. Love that its sugar free.

The product is a good one and it does make one feel good. I think a bit pricey for 11.1 ounces.

Love this. My husband and I use it every single day for almost a year. My favorite is to add it to fresh lemon infused water. Sooooo good. I tried all the other flavors but the lemon is definitely the best.

I use this for a hot yoga class knowing it will give me the energy and hydration I need.
