I really like this electrolyte mix. It had what I was looking for mix wise (no sugar not too high in sodium) for a daily drink not associated with high activity and large sweat loss. However! It does not dissolve all the way if you do it by package instructions. You need more water for it to dissolve all the way which for me isn’t a bad thing as I prefer less concreted flavoring any way. But it is annoying that with 24oz of water I have to shake and stir quite a lot to get it all to dissolve.

Great taste with plain water. Not overpowering. My husband really enjoys it in his wAter for working our.

The lemonade flavor is delicious. I drink it daily, occasionally with vodka and sparkling water. It keeps my potassium levels up and no muscle cramping. Highly recommend this sugar free electrolyte!
