My husband and I use this daily to add to our water bottles. I find I drink more water with this added to it. It’s a nice lemonade flavor without all the unwanted sugar. We love it!

I love this product but literally this is the third container with no scoop. Not to be petty but I bring these on the road with me and this is inconvenient.

Product did the job to keep the electrolytes in balance (no leg cramping and kept salt in check so no lightheadedness), but the taste is a strange somewhat salty lemony mix. I add the mix to my Bai water or my Sparkling orange ICE drink. My husband puts into a thermal water bottle with lots of ice—which I think the water and mix only is an acquired taste. We are doing Keto dieting together and losing a lot of fluids as we diet & exercise. This mix has been effective in preventing dizziness and most muscle cramps.

I really like the lemon flavor but the latest purchase has a significant amount that does not dissolve. It is very concerning that there is so much of something that doesn’t belong in the mix.
