Greater than one weekI love this drink. I’m clinically dehydrated, which means the water isn’t getting into my cells appropriately. This electrolyte drink helps me with leg and feet cramps. I drink one scoop in a 16.9oz bottle of water every day. I also like the flavor. It’s very pleasant and tastes like crystal light lemonade.

> 3 dayUpdate: Increasing from one star to four. The company sent me a replacement unit, and this product dissolves much better than the previous. Not sure what the problem was, but I am still concerned about quality control. The first container I bought dissolved well in water so, even though I had to struggle to read the tiny white print on the yellow background of the label, I reordered. I have doubts about the quality of this product given that the second container does not dissolve nearly as easily, not even after sitting in water for a day. Whats in there - plastic? I now have to wonder about the quality of the product - is it even what its advertised? Will not order again due to lack of consistency.
