I havent taken a trip with the carry on bag yet, but my inspection of it gave it a top rating. It barely weighs anything, and it moves very easily. I like its looks too, and the ability to expand will be handy.

Purchased two of these as birthday gifts for newlyweds headed to Bermuda for yet another wedding. They were thrilled. What’s not to like? They are light. Only 5.6 lbs. The zippers glide easily and should last well. The wheels are particularly sturdy and spin 360 degrees. The extending handle stops at increments for shorter people but extends further than most to accommodate folks over 6’2.” Although I purchased the black ones, this luggage is available in several attractive colors. When my husband and I are ready to replace our own carry-on luggage, we will be buying a couple more of these gems.

Added this piece to the rest of the set that I’ve had for 3 years. I love it and it’s still in perfect condition.

Zipper broke almost immediately just like the last piece of luggage I purchased from Lucas. They have a 5 year warranty but customer service refuses to respond. Will not purchase from this company again.

I recently purchased the carry on size for this bag. I carried on once and checked it once. The one time it was checked, I received it back with a hole through the front pocket and a missing toggle from the front zipper. I reached out to their customer service regarding my warranty and was told that the bag was “mishandled” and the damage wasn’t covered by the warranty. Ummmm- isn’t luggage meant to be handled by baggage services and expected to withstand typical baggage handling. The customer service rep who responded was shockingly rude and snarky!

I bought this because I dont like asking for help to put my suitcase in the overhead bin. This does the trick. Plus it is roomy and wheels easily through the airport. Red color is distinctive without being gaudy. What more can you ask of a bag? (I bought bag, not a free trial).
