Its roomy yet fits easily overhead in a plane. Plus its quite light weight.

One of the zipper slider/pulls on my new Lucas carry-on fell off the first time that I used it. (Because the zipper itself remained closed, I didnt notice the issue until I began to unpack.) In the past two weeks, I have emailed Lucas Customer Service twice with a description of the problem, a copy of my receipt and a photograph of the damage. I have had no response whatsoever. The product is useless without a functioning zipper. I would like Lucas to contact me about fulfilling its warranty. Postscript: two months later, still no contact from Lucas. BEFORE YOU BUY LUCAS LUGGAGE, CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE. CUSTOMER SERVICES UNRESPONSIVENESS TO COMPLAINTS SEEMS TO BE HABITUAL.

Ive always been very happy with Lucas suitcases, and this is a lovely one.

I ordered the blue plaid but received a different pattern. Pretty enough and I Was leaving on a trip in a couple of days, so I decided to keep it. Zippers are okay, and expandable handle, used for navigation, is flimsy.

I like the fabric and the light weight it was designed for. However, it keeps falling after I put stuff it. Totally weight of my carryon is 6kg. I have tried to move things out from the flap compartments (online my phone chargers and pocky snacks for my kid) but it still can!t stand, i start to get annoyed.
