I just took my first trip with this bag. So light and easy to put in the overhead bins. The quality seems really good.

Looking for a light , flexible, roomy carry on. This was it.

I recently purchased the carry on size for this bag. I carried on once and checked it once. The one time it was checked, I received it back with a hole through the front pocket and a missing toggle from the front zipper. I reached out to their customer service regarding my warranty and was told that the bag was “mishandled” and the damage wasn’t covered by the warranty. Ummmm- isn’t luggage meant to be handled by baggage services and expected to withstand typical baggage handling. The customer service rep who responded was shockingly rude and snarky!

Inside the 1st time I used it came un sewed. So I can’t put anything inside of that compartment. I tried contacting Lucas but couldn’t find any contact information on the company.

Before I moved to South Korea in 2010, I bought a whole set of Lucas bags, including the carry-on case like this one and the matching larger cases.

Lightweight for sure and roomy for 5-7 days of clothes and shoe and slippers. I wish there was a matching toiletrie bag, but I plan to get another. Lucas bags are great! This is my second one and I really like that there is only one side to fill as it makes closing the bag easier.

We just returned from a week long trip and both my wife and I bought Lucas Ultralights. I packed a week’s worth in this bag and didn’t even need to expand it.

Ive always been very happy with Lucas suitcases, and this is a lovely one.
