> 3 dayBelieve it or not, I have never travelled without checking a bag. However, with the costs going up, I decided to try it for a 4 day trip to Colorado. I was able to pack all that I needed including one dress up outfit. The suitcase is indeed lightweight. The color is striking. I even got a compliment on the color! And it seems to have endure the rigors of the trip quite well. I am taking it again.

> 3 dayI have this model in sugarland gray with metal zippers - there are hints of dusty blue, and the tan accents are very classy. It is one of the most lightweight carry-on luggages Ive ever used, but very well made. Weight and balance is one of the features that I value most in a carry-on, and this is masterfully engineered. Ive loaded it up a lot, and it holds weight weight and does not tip! My only complaint is that the front bottom zipper broke after a few uses. Hope thats a fluke because I ordered another one. If not for the zippers, 10/10.

> 3 dayMy old Lucas carry-on was my favorite for business travel--so lightweight, easy to lift into the overhead bins, very durable. A wheel just fell apart after at least a decade, and was happy to find Lucas is still around. The wheels on this model are much better than the old. I love it as much as my old one except I miss the flat zip pockets on either side of the luggage; very handy for my battery bank and other items.

> 3 dayWheels are great, I packed for a full weekend and had room for souvenirs to bring back. Plenty of compartments. A very good value.

> 3 dayJust got back from a week long trip to Vancouver, BC. I have the 24 Lucas lightweight which I love so wanted to try out this 20 carry on as we had layovers both ways and didnt want to check bags (Ive had some really bad luck with luggage not making it to my destination). So.....not only did this little bag hold enough for a week in Vancouver, but it went down the isles sideways with no problems. We got off the plane onto the train, got off the train onto the bus. Walked 3 more blocks to our apartment. The wheels took a beating over entrances and exits and curbs and streets. The fabric is tough and held up well. The handle is a good height and can be made to stay lower for using say in the plane isle. I stuffed a jacket in the lower outside pocket and an umbrella and book in the upper outside pocket. Do I wish the inside pockets were a little bigger....well yes, but have to remind myself this is ONLY a 20 carryon. The inside straps help to hold everything down and in. And.....as an added bonus I can expand it even though I didnt need to on this trip so I can get even more in this little 20 carryon.

> 3 dayThis carry-on bag worked terrifically-rolled smoothly on all surfaces encountered. It arrived quickly & was packaged very well.

> 3 dayOrdered one to replace my last Lucas. I fly weekly for work and it was time, as the handle is difficult to fold and my top seam started coming apart, after 2 1/2 years of constant use however. So five stars for value considering the price.

Greater than one weekVery High Quality!!! I bought this bag 6 years ago. It has since been on at least 80 flights and countless road trips & weekend getaways. Not one rip, janky zipper, faulty wheel or faded fabric! I am beyond impressed! It’s incredibly lightweight. It’s surprisingly roomy inside & allows for even more expansion. Since the airlines charge for check-in bags now, I’m able to avoid those fees thanks to this bag. I easily fit a weeks worth of clothes, shoes & toiletries in here w/no problem. Hands down the best company I’ve ever bought luggage from!

> 3 dayPros: It’s lightweight. Cons: retractable handle broke on the first trip. Unfortunately, my trip was 90 days after I purchased it and neither the seller nor Amazon were able to come to any resolution for me. Apparently the company/manufacturer (Lucas) has no website and despite the “five year warranty,” good luck trying to find who, where or how to enact the warranty. Very frustrating. Do not purchase.
