> 3 dayReturned over two weeks ago. No refund or confirmation. After spending the time to learn to use it and to program the channels, radio wont stay locked in to channel. Sound quality poor. Waiting for refund so I can purchase better product. Terrible customer service.

> 3 dayI did not like the process to receive the item. I was shammed twice, and on their final attempt it proved to be the real item and worth the wait.

> 3 dayThis scanner seems to do well with reception for higher-powered agencies. The only problem I have, and its a pretty big problem, is that the battery life is POOR to say the least! It sat on my desk for 2 days in the off position after being fully charged. Came back to work and it was dead. Had to go back on the charger. While on, Im lucky to get a shift out of it. Has to stay plugged in whenever possible. Perhaps the batteries are bad? Not too sure but the battery life is awful. Not a bad little scanner, though.

> 3 dayWOW ... What a great DIGITAL scanner!!! Works like a champ in my big city. Allows me to listen in on all kinds of action with law enforcement, fire, ambulance, DPS, and more. A WORD OF CAUTION ... this scanner is NOT for the person who is not familiar with high-end scanner programming! It will drive you CRAZY very quickly. Personally, I use a computer with the downloadable Freescan software, in conjunction with RadioReference.com, to program mine, and it works great! After mastering the learning curve with these tools, I was able to program / transfer over 600 channels into the scanner, using the USB cable, in less than 2 minutes. This scanner has SO MANY FEATURES AND CAPABILITIES, that its a never ending ( and pleasant ) learning process. Rather expensive, but I really enjoy my Uniden BCD325P2! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY!!!

> 3 dayUniden BCD325P2 Handheld TrunkTracker V Scanner Audio is crisp and clear, as digital should be. But the dispatchers volume is rather weak. There must be a setting to set Automatic Gain Control other than the one I checked. The real problem is the fact that it quit working on rechargeable batteries. Arrived on time and price was good.

> 3 dayGreat scanner. Have always had uniden scanners and always had good luck with them. It was time to upgrade and happy with the scanner once I got it programmed. The programming is difficult and the third party software down load is I little confusing to undertstand. The software also caused issues with 2 computers as far as the drivers go. But once the software was working programming was very easy. Defiantly going to get and external speaker.

> 3 dayThe batteries it comes with need replacing. But the unit is fantastic! I use it daily with no issues at all. Use with chirp to program, makes it so much easier. But replace the batteries.

> 3 dayI have owned many scanners over the years, and some since this one. Not impressed with this one. It goes through the battery like crazy! On a full charge, left on one channel maybe 2 hours. If scanning, 30 minutes. Battery life on this, sucks. Hard to program as well. I do like the features it has. So, that part I do like about this. But thats about it. I would pass on this one and go for a BCD436HP instead
