> 24 hourThis is my second purchase of UPERFECT portable monitor and I must say, this is the best purchase I made in recent years. As a software engineer who often works outdoor in daytime, the 4k with 100% Adobe RGB makes a huge difference for me. Per its brightness, I compared it with one of my 500nits portable monitors and it felt that this monitor is almost 1.6 times brighter. This monitor has seamless performance like zero frame drop, no flickering. It literally is a plug and play device without any hassle. It works perfectly with both USB-C and HDMI. Although the manual recommends plugging it with a charger, it works just great with a single USB-C connection to my laptop without causing any overheating. Lastly, the UPERFECT support team is superb at its best. Very quick and highly responsive. When I contacted them about a mistakenly sent old manual, they immediately worked with me to resolve the issue with genuine apologies. I can tell they truly care about the customer experience with their products. Overall, I am really satisfied with my purchase for its versatility.

> 24 hourThis monitor is excellent especially as a second monitor for a 15 laptop while traveling. Better still is the outstanding customer service you will receive if you should have any connection issues (which I embarrassingly did). UPERFECT was quick to respond with highly detailed instructions on how to get the monitor up and running fast! They have earned a life long customer as I will look to this brand for my future second monitor needs.

> 24 hourPros: a true 500 nits, super bright, 2560*1660 16 inch IPS monitor with 120hz refresh rate, and its matte, no reflection at all, display looks as good as my laptop: Lenovo Legion 5 Pro. color is good, response time is good, display itself is lightweight, 1 USB C cable support both power and video input Cons: 1, the USB C cable coming with the package is too short for me: only 3 feet, and too stiff, hard to bend, but this is only my personalized needs 2, the leather cover is using cheap material and adjustment angel if limited, which they could change it with back stand, like the Microsoft Surface 3, the default brightness is always 30% when bootup, so has to manually increase it to 100% each time. overall, very satisfied purchase

> 24 hourThe monitor supports what it says it supports. It’s a genuinely great monitor. Its got some kinks, but after figuring out the menu, (ex. hdr being on locks the other display settings like brightness, but if you set all of those settings before turning on hdr then its no problem, little stuff like that.) it’s pretty good aside from that. Shortly after buying the monitor, support will message you asking if everything is ok, and even give you a free item of your choosing. I was given a lot of different options, and I chose a carrying bag for the monitor + its cables. I was expecting: A little crappy bag, probably won’t even fit the monitor. What I got: A surprisingly well made bag, with fluffy cushions for the monitor inside. As you wait for the free item to arrive, support gives you a tracking number and checks up on you after its arrival to see if its up to your standards. Did I mention they respond to emails in like 15 minutes???? How do they do it!? It could be like 4 AM and they still gonna respond. Wtf? They’re amazing! Overall, 9/10 monitor, 10/10 support/service, 9/10 FREE carrying case!! How much better does it get??

> 24 hourI was tired of having (2) 27 inch screens for a dual monitor set up so I went with this portable monitor. The image is clear and has 120hz for smooth gaming! Never have I ever thought that having a portable monitor as a secondary monitor would be so ideal... You save so much more room and the image quality is still as good as having an identical monitor to your main. The original hdmi to mini hdmi that came with the order was unfortunately too short for my needs so I had contacted and asked UPERFECTs customer support if I could have a longer replacement. They kindly explained to me that I would need to search and find one on my own and that they would happy to reimburse me. Everything took roughly 2-3 days to sort out and that is really fast! I 100% would be purchasing again and would highly recommend their monitors. A+ products, A+ Customer Service Thanks!

> 24 hourBought this to share my photography/video when I am out showing them their photographs/edited videos that they would like edited more (in the case of videos) or purchase photographs from their photo/video shoot. The monitor was great, then all of a sudden when out on a client call it would not work. Immediately emailed Customer Support, first via Amazon, then through emails, and within a matter of days, had a new monitor in hand and working perfectly so far.

> 24 hourI needed a portable, energy efficient monitor that can run at 100hz and this does that perfectly. It also upscales lower resolutions to 16:9 or 4:3. For me it sips just over 10W, even when connected to the included 20W adapter. Great IO and form factor - the hdmi port is even powering my hdmi splitter.

> 24 hourI’ve used this on one work trip for one remote assignment so far and it was great. In testing at home, I’m really impressed with the picture quality. So far, so good. Great value. I’ll try to remember to update my experience down the road.

> 24 hourEverything worked great right out of the box. I am using this monitor on a desktop with motherboard that supports thunderbolt 4 ( thunderbolt 3 should work also). Quick note, on my motherboard I had to into the BIOS/UEFI and enable iGPU or cpu graphics basically because it had defaulted to disabled when I installed my graphics card.

> 24 hourI bought this screen for the exact purpose it was intended for, to be mobile and functional. As an IT guy that frequently has to more or less carry a mobile lab around with him, this has not only been a great monitor for personal use, but has saved me in a pinch within the first week of owning it. My issues with it are miniscule. The mini HDMI is a very tight fit and I worry about the connections getting worn out from unplugging and plugging it back in, however I believe that an USB-C to HDMI adapter would work and would be a good alternative.
