Vallejo Airbrush Flow Improver 200ml Paint Set

> 3 dayVallejo boasts that their acrylic Model Air paints are ready to airbrush right out of the bottle. That may be true of some airbrush rigs but not mine. I use a Badger 200NH set for 30 psi. Acrylics dry fast. When I experimented with the paint, I had issues maintaining the flow of paint. It tended to dry on the needle and quit working. I watched YouTube videos that suggested: (1) use Vallejo airbrush flow improver with Model Air paints, and (2) add it to the mixing cup first, add the paint, then stir them together. Today, I tried that advice and got excellent results. At a ratio of 1 drop of flow improver per 5 drops of paint, my 200ml bottle should last a long time.

> 3 dayThis is a must have product for those using a airbrush. A little in the cup before adding the paint makes the process a whole lot better. I suggest you test every paint you use on a plastic spoon or plasticard before you use on your target due to the fact that different paints need different amounts of flow improver to get a smooth finish without problems. Depending on your paints you can find suggestions in different tutorials to help start out.

> 3 dayI really like this stuff. I buy the Vallejo primers and mix this with it to make it thinner, and recently decided to mix it in a better/bigger squeeze bottle, so bought some more. The first one I bought was from Maker Source, then a day later the price dropped almost $5 so I bought two more. The bottle from Maker Source came without any shrink on it, and with less in it. Just watch where you get yours from.

> 3 dayThe product is great, Ive been using it for a while. However, the package came squished so that the fluid inside was leaking. Only problem I had was shipping/packaging.

Greater than one weekThe bottle was leaking when I received it, enough that the whole label was coming off the bottle. There was no seal on the bottle.

> 3 dayAs I said in the headline. If you airbrush then you already know this. Great for thinning paints and extending drying time to reduce clogs. I personally wouldnt airbrush without it.

Greater than one weekI use this to thin Games Workshop paints so that they are easier to transfer from their open pot style container into dropper bottles to easily control the amount of paint I use. Works like an absolute dream thinning the paint without sacrificing pigmentation.
