> 3 daySo I used this for a trip and packed waaaaay more than needed bc i wanted to test this bag. I think i fit about 5-7 days worth of clothing. The first 3 pictures you can see what i ended up putting in the bag. Everything fit (this includes a sweater, a sweater dress, hiking boots, dress pants, and a camel back type pack pack) except my hoodie and laptop. I ended up removing the boots and camel back bc the plans for the hiking changed so i was able to put a pair of tennis shoes and the laptop and the hoodie in. So the final 2 pictures are a bit different than what was actually packed. I’m about 5’10”. It fit super easily into the overhead space on the plane. I was also on the little plane that only has 4 seats on a row so those bins are smaller than the usual ones. I guess it was fairly comfortable but if you pack it this full i would avoid backpacking around Europe or something bc it wouldn’t be comfortable to wear for long amounts of time.

> 3 dayI spent a long time debating this purchase and reading these reviews. Had to come back after my first use to share. Just buy it! I just used this for a long weekend trip. I bought it for the comfort of carrying with the backpack straps and the size to travel “carry on only” for flights. It fit everything I needed for a five day trip to Florida with room to spare. Very comfortable to carry as a backpack or with the padded handles. Our trip changed at the last second from a plane trip to warm weather Florida to a Fall weekend car getaway in New England. Swapping shorts and T-shirt’s for jeans and sweatshirts and still was able to fit everything I needed although I did have to use the expansion for that. Love that it isn’t hard sided. Much easier to add more if needed and compress with the straps. Backpack shoulder straps connect to the body of the bag with metal clips which seem durable. Material is thick and good quality. Zippers move easily and seem durable. Definitely my new favorite bag for any weekend trip by car or plane. Excited to use it for car camping as well where I need a bigger bag and could use the convenience of a backpack but don’t want to use a full hiking backpack. Lots of little pockets to help organize. I could easily fly somewhere for a week with just this and not even need a second personal item on the plane. Can’t say for sure how durable it is over time since I’ve only done one trip but it seems like it will hold up well.

> 3 dayIve went to Mexico and walked around all morning waiting for my airbnb to be ready. Since then, Ive started a new job and use this to lug around tools. Doesnt show any signs of tearing or anything yet. Its comfy if you have it on correctly. Id recommend this over wheeling around luggage.

> 3 dayThis pack I just purchased does not have padding built in around the sides and in the front panel. The padding in the front inner panel and in the back are not as thick as my previous pack. The fabric of the pack is not quite as thick and tough as the previous pack. I really liked the size and design and function of my previous pack which is the reason I purchased this new one for my wife. I have to say I am very disappointed.

> 3 dayWill report more later should I have issues with the bag while traveling. Firstly, the bag does NOT look like the ad photo -- it is essentially a floppy backpack with no rigidity to it whatsoever; the photo causes it to look like it is somehow reinforced throughout (or heavily starched -- grin). Impressed with the size (advertised 40L) & the expansion capability of the main compartment appears to be a plus. It has 4 zippered pockets on the outside -- 3 on the back & one on the lower inside of the pack against ones lumbar area when carrying it like a backpack. The materials are somewhat durable appearing & I anticipate upcoming travel experiences will reveal how well made the backpack/suitcase actually is.
