You can seriously pack this thing tight, absolutely awesome for the price and for what it is. Would highly recommend.

We used these on a 2-week tour of Scotland and Iceland, where we were moving almost every day from one town to another via train or bus. The backpack straps tucked quite neatly away in a pocket for the airline flight, and could be changed over to backpack style quickly and easily. The pack was comfortable to carry and had good adjustments on the straps. The material was sturdy, zippers worked with no problems, and there were lots of pockets for keeping maps, books, tickets, and other flat items. They opened flat like a regular suitcase so it was easy to pack and unpack. Has a chest strap but no hip belt. SO MUCH EASIER to carry than hauling a suitcase by hand; I was really glad we got these. We got one blue one and one black so we could tell them apart.

Favorable reviews led to my purchase of this convertible soft backpack/suitcase. It impressed with sturdy zippers, useful zip compartments, the pretty cyan color, and expansion capability. I would buy again. Boyfriend & I used as joint carry on for “essentials” for 2 weeks in Europe, using packing cubes (bought separately) then checking one shared bag. I plan to use just this plus personal item next trip anywhere…. because airline did in fact lose our checked bag coming home.

I ordered this backpack along with several others to do a boss-comparison. Thank goodness I did. I was reluctant to try this bag because it lacked features the others had, either a bottle holder or a USB charging port. All I can say it this bag was so much better in every way then the 5 other bags I tried, I can live without the bottle holder and charging port. The quality of this bag makes all the others look cheap. From the thickness of the fabric to the bulk of the zippers it’s head and shoulders above the rest. And all the extra pockets are a bonus. With all the extra room I can easily store a water bottle. It was stuffed and it still fit under my seat on United. I’ve only used it once so I can’t speak of its durability, but it definitely seems made to last.

Yes, now I can pack enough for two weeks and until now, and after three trips, not a single issue in the airport and no need to pay for carry-on. Best buy ever!

I carry two laptop computers and lots of other stuff in this when I am on the road. It works as advertised.

Getting anything online is a bit of a gamble, but this really paid off! Essentially, this is a small to medium sized, soft-sided suitcase with backpack straps. The straps can be tucked into their own pocket if you dont want them out. Where typical backpacks only open from the top (like a bag), this unit opens fully (like a suitcase) and is very easy to pack because of this. I spent a week living out of it and had room for six shirts, two pants, socks, underwear, slippers, chargers, headphone case and toiletries. Yes, I had to release the expansion clips to fit all that, but thats actually good that they give you the option to do so. There were enough pouches and pockets to keep things organized to. The straps are padded and never dug into my shoulders. Also the added handles around the thing were very useful. If I had to change anything, I might add wheels and a telescoping handle, but that would make it heavier and more difficult to store, so really this was about as close to perfect as luggage can get. Buy It!

I have only traveled once with this but no issues or complaints with sturdiness. Got this for my DC trip and held almost everything I needed. Brought a second Tavel pack mostly for when I would be out and about. It is comfortable on the shoulders, lots of room to stash stuff and I like that you can zip up the straps, helped going through TSA. Also, on the flight home the airline said any other overhead bag would need to be checked. i started to hand it over but they said this size was fine and would be enough room, YAY!
