I like that it has a chargeable cord. I do not like that it doesn’t have a battery pack. I assumed it came with a pack that I could charge before my vacation and use when I needed it. It doesn’t just so you’re informed

The inside zipper ripped the first time I used it. Very poor quality and bad experience I had with this set. I Used it 2 months after I purchased it and the return window was already closed. Not happy! Very disappointed!

I only purchased the 20 in carry on. It is very Sturdy and well balanced, very easy rolling.

Had to request a replacement. USB port wasnt installed properly.

No complaints here, although the wheels look a little flimsy. The other issue is that the materials inside cases stink from chemical treatments and venting it outside for a few days did not help.
