When I received the luggage and unwrapped it, my first impression is that its flimsy and can easily bend. My wife and I went to the luggage store and see that much of the other hard shell luggage are similar. I will be traveling in December and will give a follow-up on the luggage at that time. My biggest disappointment is the lack of a power source for the built-in USB port. You need to have a portable battery that might fit inside the shell. If you need a portable battery to activate the charge then you really dont need this suitcase USB port.

I bought this in July and already i need new luggage. Zippers inside and out have broken, the seam for the zipper has detached from the case and it dents very easily! I can’t even use these anymore. Very disappointed in this purchase!

Perfect for our trip. Durable and lightweight and loved the rollers.

The luggage was very versatile. The weight is light but sturdy and well made. The carry on one is expandable and can put more things inside. All the other pieces are very spacious that can hold things in place. Zipper works well. The 28 piece has 8 wheel rolling spinner that allow maneuverability and the TSA lock is easy to use. I ordered the Burgundy color and the color looks nice and expensive. Overall I am very happy with the quality and especially the price is awesome.

The luggage came but unfortunately it came in the wrong color. I can return it because I am leaving tomorrow and now I will have to leave with the color that I didn’t want it. It also came unglued at the bottom as it shows in the last picture.

Disappointed with the order. Wheel broke on the largest luggage during the very first flight. No refund/ partial refund offered unless I send them back.

We bought this on the fly to go to Wisconsin. When we arrived at our destination the zipper had busted and one wheel had fallen off. Super disappointing and when I went to return it, we didn’t have the original box so I couldn’t even do that! My bad I guess for not keeping the box, but the large one fell apart the first time we used it! Do not recommend!

I travel frequently for work and quite a bit for personal vacation travel. The largest and middle size suitcase have TSA locks to secure the bag at baggage claim. And they have side handles as well for easy lifting when I travel. I took the carryon bag on board and had no problem putting it on the overhead cabin. This luggage set is just perfect for me. Very pleased!

This set is perfect! Its sturdy, big and I love the blue color that I chose. It has a lock on it and having the charging outlet is so perfect! I love this set!
