Very nice first impression until the lining ripped in the inside needs to be lined with durable fabric the lining is flimsy

If you order Burgundy, prepare to get Brown. Not a attractive color.

The luggage is lightweight, however I was ify as to whether to keep it. I had a trip coming, so against my gut feeling - I kept it. The zipper on the large suitcase is very hard to maneuver. One zipper did not make the full trip. I know airlines are rough, however I have never had this poor of a luggage set. I did not think it was cheap but I guess I should have paid more for something else.

This item came in damaged see picture. It’s the large item the one that came damaged, kind of disappointed on the quality kind of cheap. However they look very nice and very specious. I am in he process of returning the large item and would like replacement. 50/50 on recommendation because I like the look but not the material, they may not be durable. The cost is kind of high for what we get. Sorry for the review but it’s the true. Thanks

The handle isn’t sturdy at all and the luggage shifts when rolling. Didn’t last 1 full trip. Window to return is lapsed so it’s a waste of money

I hope they are resilient. They look stronger in the pictures than in person. I will do an update after use. I also assumed the middle size had the tsa lock but it doesnt.

Bought this set for our college-bound daughter. I do not expect them to last 20 years like luggage used to. These actually “bend” as you work with them, because the material is not hard like I’m accustomed to luggage being. So I don’t have confidence these will last. They’re ok for college students and if you’re not a frequent traveler. If you travel frequently and internationally I would recommend you buy a better brand that can “take a licking and keep on ticking.” These won’t take a very strong “licking.”

The handle will not go down. The carry on can no longer be used in overhead bins. My handle would not go down at the most inconvenient time boarding the plane. Unfortunately I am too scared to even fix this (have been trying for weeks), in the event it will not close prior to placing in the overhead. I would like a replacement please.
