Wow these fit my germ guardian nice and snug just like the OEM filters. I think it’s a great value and the extra carbon filters will prolong the life of the hepa filter. Don’t hesitate.

Will always bit great value better than original brand

I usually buy the off brand products for most things. These havent disappointed us. We have several air purifiers throughout the house to help with allergens and its amazing to see how much is in the filters. I regularly vacuum them to help extend the life of the pre filters and the HEPA filters. These work just as well as the name brand. Will continue to purchase as long as price stays right.

This filter is a about half the price of the original filter, however it does include four carbon pre-filters per replacement filter rather than Germguardians single. The two fit fine in the air filter, just like the original. However, one concern I have is that the filter has 1/2 or maybe 1/3 of the number of pleats as the original. I dont have the equipment to measure accurately air flow throughput or filter effectiveness but it could imply this non-OEM filter wont last as long, or it might let less air flow through or tax the blower more. Next time Ill likely by one of each for a side by side seat of the pants comparison -- as it is, while I can say a new Veva filter seems to work better than the current old used GermGuardian FLT4825 filter, I dont know if that means much.

These are well priced replacement filters which also have a quality replaceable carbon pre-filters you can change every 2-3 months. They, however, have 300% less pleats (read filtering material) but replaceable pre-filters compensate that. I been running two in 2000 sq ft house for past several days and my PM2.5 particle count is less than I ever seen. Size is bit bigger than original so it is somewhat tight fit.

No need to spend more money on filters when this product delivers the exact results.

I find the filters last about 6 months before getting dingy, which is what they claim. I also find I have to replace the pre-carbon filter every 2-3 months, which is also what they claim. Good product!
