> 3 dayI usually buy the off brand products for most things. These havent disappointed us. We have several air purifiers throughout the house to help with allergens and its amazing to see how much is in the filters. I regularly vacuum them to help extend the life of the pre filters and the HEPA filters. These work just as well as the name brand. Will continue to purchase as long as price stays right.

> 3 dayI purchased 2 germ guardian air purifiers in the fall. Typically I would have never purchased such a thing however my newborn had some medical issues and I was very over protective. I was under the impression the light would signal when I should change the filters. Well I was so wrong. And was able to prove my significant other wrong at the same time - because he believes they do nothing for our air quality. To sum it up, those filters were disgusting. Thankfully these replacements were available and affordable especially during this pandemic. Thank you AMAZON. You’re a life saver.

> 3 dayHave been using for several decades now. I run my unit 24/7 and replace the filters once a year. What I have found that works great is: I put two (2) carbon filters on the HEPA and not the one (1) as noted in the directions. Once every two-months I take the HEPA filter out, and remove the two carbon filters. The HEPA I tap on a flat surface knocking loose fine dust. The two carbon filers I first shake outside (much hair and dust comes off). I then bring the carbon filters to the sink and thoroughly wash. You loose some of the fine carbon but much crud washes out. Squeeze the water out and attach back to the HEPA filer, re-install back into the Unit and your all set. That double carbon filter back to back catches so much crud, it extend the life of the paper HEPA filter by a factor of 2 or 3X by keeping much dust now trapped in the carbon filters away from reaching the paper HEPA that would have clogged it...
