The product is fine, but the fact that it arrived missing a filter, will prohibit me from ever ordering from them again.

I use this product with the Honeywell Air Purifier. I have 3 in my home and am amazed at how much dust and other particles are gathered. The HEPA Filters are something I cannot do without!

After installing, I noticed a strong chemical odor and had to move fan/filter out of bedroom. After fan has run for approximately 2 weeks in game room, the odor is mostly gone. As for the extra (2) filters, I removed from the plastic so hopefully they will outgas chemical smell before I need to replace the current filters. The original Honeywell filters did not have a chemical smell and I will purchase OEM Honeywell filters in the future.

Tried this out as it was considerably cheaper than Honeywell filters but can’t get over the overpowering plastic smell, will be returning them :(
