Super sharp!

Other than a large chefs knife this is the only other knife you will ever need. Its extremely durable and dependable and sharp. Wonderful for working with small vegetables and fruits. The serrated knife cuts through bread and meat very well. Its so good you almost dont need a special bread cutting knife in the kitchen. I highly recommend this knife and I plan on buying more to give away as gifts. Made in Switzerland, not China.

I love this knife! The sharp tip is great for removing the stem, and the serrations make it superb for slicing anything delicate like tomatoes or French bread.
