VideoDirector - Edit, Cut and Optimize Videos

Instructions for use indicate that this was originally marketed under a different name. Somewhat confusing instructions, but it served its purpose for me

Nice video editor. Install was easy, couldnt figure out some of the features, but went to the filmora website FAQs and got it figured out. Tons of features, only thing missing is the ability to create a menu when burning the video to DVD, only a minor complaint

This exceeded my expectations and is great.

I just use it to cut and splice home videos. After you buy it from Amazon, you have to pay Filmora/Wondershare an additional $60 to make videos without the Filmora watermark.

I have mixed feelings. The program is easy to use and install, but you have to buy anything extra like titles etc.

Not for a beginner. Luckily I have been editing for years so it was not bad to pick up on. Definitely need to watch a tutorial on it. It looked used like it was repackaged. But it does work well.

This is a great product. I am very new and creating and editing videos, this program is very easy to use. It is also very user friendly. It is very basic and in my opinion anyone can use it. This is very basic software. The only lag is when you are uploading a video to YouTube it takes a long time. This can take a few hours depending on the size of your videos.

VERY IMPORTANT: When you load the program it will tell you it is a Trial Copy that will leave a watermark on any videos produced. I got the miss-impression from the instructions that I needed to purchase either an annual license or a life-time one. WRONG! The registration number that I could have used to convert the trial to a full program was inside the case that the DVD came in. DONT MISS THIS.

For the money you cant beat it and it dose what I want.

This is a great video editing program. It took about two days of playing around with the different options and settings for me to be able to combine different videos into a short movie with slow mo, zoom, and audio effects. Now that I have gotten used to this program I am very happy that I purchased it. My only complaint is that even with the disk that arrived from Amazon, the editing program seemed to download from the internet and it took a long time, as I only have internet from cell phone towers. I was able to send my project to my computer’s DVD burner with just a couple of mouse clicks and it played flawlessly on my Sanyo DVD player connected to my TV. I was also able to send my finished product to my Iphone easily without worrying about video or audio settings. Just selected Iphone, saved the file to my computer, and then put the video on my phone with Itunes. It played perfectly. I previously used Windows Movie Maker which is now gone from Windows 10, and that helped me learn this program. Also the online Help is quite useful for a change, not like other programs on my computer.
