VideoDirector - Edit, Cut and Optimize Videos

Very easy to use. I was able to compile family videos into one great movie- turned out just perfect.

The software arrived a day before estimated, which is always nice. I was able to set up my already laid out 12 minute video project in about 30 minutes. (I had all the slides and music and voice overs already done beforehand.) This was after REPEATEDLY trying three other high end free programs that were fraught with various problems such as crashing, not syncing audio and video timing for graphics, not properly layering sound, being very user un-friendly, etc. Based on this first project with the product, I highly recommend this software. Although I dont think this is evident in the seller posting or the actual packaging itself (software hardpack box), this is a Movavi Video Suite 17 editing software product, as it will tell you when you install it. Although great for a beginner, you still need to have a basic understanding of video editing practice. The learning curve is nowhere as steep as with other video editing software. If you are wanting to edit videos for your own use or for some basic YouTube video projects, this appears to be a great choice.

Not for a beginner. Luckily I have been editing for years so it was not bad to pick up on. Definitely need to watch a tutorial on it. It looked used like it was repackaged. But it does work well.

As others have written it prompts you to purchase the full version when you try to burn a DVD even though it is advertised as though you are purchasing the full version when you buy the disk. DO NOT BUY!!! Complete waste of money!!!

When I inserted the disc it notified me that it’s ONLY a 7day trial!!! That ticked me off because I thought I was purchasing a program. Then it KEPT crashing EVERY time I tried to edit a video.... it has plenty of features but I wouldn’t recommend this. Might as well invest in something more expensive to f it’s going to be the actual product and not just a trial AND if it’s going to work

I just use it to cut and splice home videos. After you buy it from Amazon, you have to pay Filmora/Wondershare an additional $60 to make videos without the Filmora watermark.

Seems all of the Editor software lacks at least one thing you want, but this has been one of the best for a non-professional. Still learning, but is very easy to use.

Apparently not what I thought it was. Its nothing more than a sales brochure. You cant do anything without additional purchases. Be prepared to shell out at least another $30.00 just to start and the prices go up from there!

Every click requires paying for an upgrade. Load a cad, pay for an upgrade. 7 day trial bs. This is a trap. Don’t buy it!

I spent hours trying to burn to disc and after each of ten different tries, the program would lock up and close each time. Amazon should be ashamed to sell this junk
