has been great for our cats, only complaint is that it can be a little tedious to figure out setting up the portions (but after they were set it’s been good)

My 2 kitties are a bit over weight so moved to using an automatic feeder. I don’t have any complaints but have only been using it for one month so far!!!!!

Good quality product. Works great. It could be easier to figure out how to set times and servings. Highly recommend. One thing to consider if you have multiple cats is that the bowls are so close together that its easy for one cat to guard one bowl by eating out of the other and prevent other cats from eating. If you have a cat that hogs food you may do better to get two single bowl machines and place farther apart

WOW! I am so happy I decided to invest in this automatic cat feeder. I was not wanting to spend that much money but I am telling you it is worth it! I can sleep in without the cats (I have 2) waking me up and meowing like crazy. They learned very quickly that I was no longer feeding them and to wait in the kitchen for it to go off. They are about 13 yrs old. I had concerns about them both being feed and fighting over the space or food in the bowls. It took a few days for them to understand it.. I was there for the first few feedings to show them. The recorded message you can put on it was very scary to them once I took it off they were no longer scared and took right to going to their own bowl and eating. The sound it makes with the food falling into the bowls is enough for the cats to know its feeding time. (like they dont already know before it even goes off LOL) Wish I would have bought this a log time ago. I did put a camera pointing on the feeder to make sure it was going off and that the cats were eating their share. because I have 2 I didnt want one to get shorted. I have not seen a problem they are doing great! The feeder is easy to set up and chose the times and amounts you want to feed at each feeding. I would recommend this to anyone who needs sleep or has a busy life and cant be home to feed your cats when needed.

It was easy to put together and works perfectly. Cats love it and it’s reliable.

We bought the dual feeder for our two cats. Before this product, we were free feeding our kitties and basically filling up their bowls anytime they seemed like they were hungry, or filling their bowls throughout the day. With this feeder, it’s so nice for them to have a schedule and a consistent portion size. Very easy to set up. We wish we would have gotten this sooner. One less chore we have to worry about around the house.

I have two cats, and this seemed like the perfect solution to their feeding needs. It really helps them to be on timed feedings because my one cat is overweight and I cant free feed because of that issue. I also dont worry about the early morning cries for food, the machine helps me with that!

I purchased this feeder to provide dry food to my cats when we are away during the day. The unit is well designed and does a reasonably good job distributing about 50% to each bowl. The ability to record your voice to call your pets to eat works well. Bowls are easy to remove and clean. If you read and follow the directions for programming, it is not difficult. The only drawback - which is not the fault of the product - is that two of my three cats are scared by the sound of the food falling into the bowls. I tried removing the metal bowls but they still shy away. I am continuing to work with them but for now, one of three is happy with his personal feeder.
