Works great, plug in or chargeable. I do wish I could turn up the volume but for the price I’m happy with this.

This feeder is AMAZING! It is so easy to use. The multiple settings made it easy to use with my kittens. The two feeding dishes are perfect for multiple kittens. The battery back up ensures that the kittens will not go hungry in a power outage. The directions were very easy to follow and it has worked very well! The display is just the right size and shows all info necessary to set a schedule for your pets. This feeder takes the stress out of being away from home and keeps your pets fed and happy!

Bought this for my son’s 2 cats. He was able to program it to feed the cats twice/day so he doesn’t get woken up early in the morning. It dispenses the correct portions at the correct time.

Seems like a nice product, but we followed the instruction booklet twice to adjust portion control and it still kept dispensing too much food. We adjusted it down manually by about half and it seems to be doing the right amount now. That part of the manual needs to be much clearer and written by a native English speaker.

So far so good. I wish the portions were larger though. Also, it would be good to make the smart version of it.

I am very happy with this feeder but there are a few things to be aware of. The first is that, when initially, setting up the feeder, I couldn’t find where the batteries go. After some fumbling, I figured out you have to take the very bottom piece off to find it. This didn’t interfere with usability, it just confused me at first. The second thing is that the servings don’t always dispense into both bowls equally. For me that is not a huge deal because my cats switch bowls anyway. Set up and programming were very easy. I’ve had it for around a month now and it is still working well. It is easy to take apart for cleaning.

I have two Maine coons and they get hungry all the time, but they will not eat kibble that has been left out for more than a few hours. I got this feeder so I can set up the feeding time and portions. No more left over food!

This was a gift to my daughter. She loved it. Portion size and lock feature was easy to set up and easy to clean.

I needed an automatic feeder for my 2 meow-meows while on vacation, and after reading the reviews on this double feeder, I bought it. It was easy to set up, and my husband tested it several times to ensure the correct portion sizes were being released. It works great! Now we use it regularly and not just while were on vacation.

I had to leave my cats for a couple of weeks and even though we had someone scheduled to come every day, I wanted to make sure my cats would always have food (and water -- other product). I had cameras installed and was able to keep track of everything for the cats, but it was very nice to see/know that my babies always had food, especially during the few days here and there where my friend couldnt make it to my home.
