I was surprised by how easy it was to setup the dispenser for my cats. Having two bowls really help, and the way it dispenses the food is efficient and clean. Now I need to figure out how to clean and how often. Overall, great design!

We are really happy with this food dispenser. It took minutes to put together and weve been using it daily for about a month now. We normally board our cats when we go out of town and purchasing this feeder meant we were finally able to leave them at home where they want to be. The dispenser works perfectly. It takes a little practice to determine the portion sizes. but theres a guide to help figure the amounts; we just tested it against a measuring cup to make sure we were feeding the right portions size. The portion you select is for EACH dish, not the total. Once its set, there isnt much to do except to fill it and clean it once in a while. One of my cats gets agitated by anything shiny so I am not using the included dishes. Instead, I sat their ceramic dishes in the built in holders. My dishes are slightly small, but they work well enough. Im not using the audio announcement so I cant comment about that. The sound of the food dropping in the dishes is more than enough of a signal. We feed our cats at 4:30 am and 4:30 pm because thats what they like. We are happy to not have the 4:30 am wakeup every day. I love that they are always being fed the correct portion of food at a consistent time. Weve never used a food dispenser before so I have no comparison, however, I believe that this was a good purchase.

Its easy to programme and use. You can also add your own voice (although we havent done this yet). The only thing is to check your kibble size before you order - the machine struggles to process larger pieces of dry food.

Perfect feeder for my two cats. Lock for kibble is really good. Only complaint is that the adapter does not fit securely in the socket (also tried a surge protector), so the wire has come out a couple times when I am not home.

It keeps the food area clean. It prevents them from over eating. And the 2 bowl feature is great so they don’t fight to eat.

Everything was easy to setup.

After testing this out for a month, its safe to say this is by far one of the best products I ever bought. It makes feeding time when I am gone so much easier and I dont have to worry about rushing home and my poor kitties not eating for hours.
