> 24 houri hooked this up to the Xbox One and thats about it. my issues came w/ the Xbox - but once they were cleared up, I moved every game that was notoriously slow to this drive and saw marked improvement. so even though this is not an SSD, it is a marked improvement on the default slow drive that comes standard w/ the XB1. you cant go wrong choosing this drive.

> 24 hourGot this as the deal of the day and it works perfectly with my Xbox One X. I put all of my games on it and kept the apps on the Xbox internal storage. Have enough room now to put every game I own on it with tons more room for the future. Never redownload a game again! Would recommend to anyone.

> 24 hourPlug and play, appears solid and faster than the WD I have had in the past. Using this to back up several laptops (transfer of photos and videos) and old SD cards and other externals.

> 24 hourI was tired of deleting games to add more. Set up was quick and easy. Now I have one less thing to worry about. Well worth the money.

> 24 hourGreat 4 TB drive. I use on my ps4. Easy to setup and easy to use. I have a ps4 slim. Easy instructions when you plug usb in to ps4 for the first time. You can make the storage the primary if you want. One thing to note is before you shut off the ps4 you need to “stop” the hard drive first before you shut down the system. Just like disconnecting a usb on the computer. Go to sounds /devices and find “stop using storage “. Click on it and your done. Then shut down the ps4. Very happy with purchase. I recommend it for the extra game storage. It holds a lot and frees up space on your internal hard drive

> 24 hourWorked quite well for a while primarily attached to an Nvidia Shield. Stopped working suddenly after 16 months. The platter spins but the device cannot be recognized by any machine. For the price it’s fine if you go into it knowing that it may suddenly fail so not great for a primary drive.

> 24 hourWhat a waste. PS5 couldnt detect it. Desktop PC couldnt detect it. No indication power was being sent to the external drive from either source either. With a specialized port for the drive, no way to test if it was the included cable or the drive that was dead. Immediately returned.

> 24 hourBought this because I needed more storage space on my OG PS4. I had upgraded the hard drive to after market 2TB when I got it (when it released). Just now needed more space, this was easy to install. Literally Plug and Play, just have your PS formats and ext it as storage. Will say that when using all day it does get pretty warm. But no issues with it. IT COMES WITH CORD! FYI. I bought one thinking it didn’t come. So don’t bother buying a cord.
