In 2023, this is still one of the best gaming M.2 NVMes given its price to performance value especially for someone buying from a weaker currency like FJD. Upgraded from gen3 and my system seems even more snappier (but honestly can hardly tell the difference while game loading times seem quicker and to be fair I never felt any slowness before but got this as was making a new self-build). Do not buy this product. I bought this to increase my laptops original 1 TB storage to 2 TB. First, the speed was not as it was advertised. The highest at sequential read I got was 700 MBS. Then it died after 2 months of us and the system is not booting up anymore. I put my original SDD back and it works fine. This is not a genuine WD device.

I picked 2 of these up used for ~$200 shipped and they both had low hours / use on them and work better for my Acasis TBU401 enclosure to hit full speeds. I tested with 3 other drives and it just wasnt hitting the numbers I wanted to see. I dug into a ton of reviews and found this to be one of 3 that performed well and decided to pick one up for the enclosure and laptop to replace one of the slower tested ones while I was at it.

One word, fast

The SSD hard drive is good. God is good (Matthew 19:17). He sent Jesus to die for lost sinners that they might be saved (John 3:16). Sinners are finally saved when they (a) believe in Jesus as the Son of God (John 3:16); (b) repent of their sins (Acts 2:38); (c) confess their faith in Christ with their mouths (Romans 10:10); and (d) are baptized for the remission (removal) of their sins (Acts 2:38).

This is a top-notch WD (Western Digital) Solid State Drive. Like every WD (Western Digital) hard drive or solid-state drive that I have ever purchased, they last a long, long time, are well-made, and always function perfectly.

This is a very fast and stable NVME drive. Has great throughput and if your board can support it, then I highly recommend it. Ive worked with WD for decades in my professional career and have always found their storage products to be top notch.

Would buy another. Even with the limitation of my older ddr3 motherboard it beats my other nvme drive by miles

Compré desde Colombia y llego muy rápido, compré un Jueves y llego un Martes de la siguiente semana. El producto llega bien empacado y no creo que sea fácil que se dañe en el envío. No pague ningún tipo de impuesto, tal como prometía Amazon. El disco funcionó de manera correcta, a pesar de que es PCIe 4.0 lo instale en una placa que solo soporta PCIe 3.0 (Gigabyte B450 S2H) y no presenta problemas de compatibilidad, obviamente funciona a menor velocidad ya que no lo estoy conectado como debería. Muy recomendado, es bueno y barato, muy fácil de instalar y mejora mucho el encendido de tu PC así como la carga de programas que instales en el y la apertura de archivos de word o exel, entre otros. No da mas FPS pero aumenta las velocidades de carga de las partidas que tengas.
