Easy to install and a very nice product.

I purchased WD_BLACK 4TB SN850X NVMe 4TB from another retailer. I had read several professional and user reviews of this SSD and all but one claimed it was single sided. The one I received is definitely double sided and will not fit in my laptop, which requires single sided SSDs. Perhaps some of these are single sided and some double, but mine is definitely double sided with chips on both sides and much thicker than single sided SSDs. Had it been single sided, I would have given this 5 stars.

Works great in the PS5. No issues getting out installed and its super fast. Lets just hope it lasts

I gave this product a 4 star for one thing and one thing only: price. You’re better off getting the regular SN850 or even the SN770 for value (unless this one is on sale). The difference in performance will be MINIMAL.

Super easy install, ok memory for the price. Overall not bad.

Being a long time user of Samsung SSDs, I originally purchased the 980 Pro for my PS5. Id seen reviews, the reviewer speeds I was seeing looked good, and Samsung has some of the better specs on paper for Write endurance and IOPS performance among many NVMe SSDs for PS5 out there. There were however a few ppl mentioning some firmware update issues, but I proceeded on and made the purchase since it was on sale at the time.
