Why wait for long boot times... why wait to upgrade..

I have used past 6 months lenovo ideapad S145( i3, 4gb ram, 7th gen, 1tb Hdd ) and performance very slow while booting, open Apps (like Excel,pdf ect). some persons said upgrade the ram to 8 gb, but I have watched some youtube and search tips in google and found the solution M.2 SSD NVME is the best way, and I have ordered WD blue Nvme SSD 250gb in amazon (Rs. 3474) and install on 13-Feb-2021, After that I felt very happy , that my laptop is working very fast ( boot start up 10-15 second, shutdown 5-10 sec, Apps open 1-2 sec), I am fully satisfied for this SSD

Seems to have burnt out in less than 50 days. Ridiculous.

I was lucky to have purchased this drive last year when it still used good TLC NAND, now the design has changed to either a few lower bin of TLC NAND or even QLC NAND. Due to this where in the past when the SLC cache was filled, the drive would drop to a write speed of around 800-900MB/s. With the recent redesign, the write speed after the SLC cache runs out is around 300-400MB/s. The SLC cache cache is around 6GB of the 500GB model and 12GB on the 1TB model
