Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SN550 NVMe Internal SSD - Gen3 x4 PCIe 8Gb/s, M.2 2280, 3D NAND, Up to 2,400 MB/s - WDS100T2B0C

I bought PI+ adapter for this NVMe to be used in PCIe slot as intel Db85fl motherboard doesn’t have NVMe slot.It is detecting and copying but when trying to install windows 10 on it, it’s giving Windowssystem32winload.efi error code 0xc000000e.

I installed in Acer Nitro 5 (an515-43 - Ryzen 5)

First I was going to take ssd sata with caddy. Then i went to youtube saw some videos on all types of ssds available in the market then i was ordering m2.ssd which comes in same budget as sata ssd only.

Working well. Wish it came with a mounting screw though. Had to scrounge around to find a suitable screw.

Didnt know these existed till I bought my new motherboard. Lots of storage space, very fast, Ive been using it for gaming. Easy to install, easy to partition. My favorite thing about it is that it doesnt use a SATA cable, which is good cause this is hard drive #7 in my rig. Lol. Western digital is a great company, all of my hard drives are WD, I havent had one die yet. My oldest HD is about 10 yrs old and still working just fine. You can see the M.2 installed right below my cpu in the pic.

Drastic improvement to my laptop

Easy to install into mother boards board because it fits well into its slot. Storage capacity is phenomenal, half a year later I still have tons of space for crucial programs. Before this I never would have thought I could boot my pc in less that 15 seconds
