My ho laptop only had hdd, and it was super slow. The startup time was around 120 secs. Now with this ssd, it has came down to 7 secs. And shutdown time is 2 secs. Only thing missing is a screw to hold it in place in laptop. It should be bundled with the ssd.

Read speed is upto -> 2.4gbps , Write speed upto ->1.0gbps , 100% value for money

I have two of these (three if you count the SN550). One in a portable enclosure for music and movies with an Android car stereo. This setup wasnt quite plug and play but once I realized the issue (not the drives fault), it was smooth sailing. The other (and a previous SN550) are in two separate PCs. Fast and generally reliable. Best value for the money, as faster M.2s run hotter and dont really help performance.
