Greater than one weekThis is a review of the WD Blue SN570 1 TB. Meanwhile the SN 550 listed on the same amazon page might be a good drive, the SN 570 is the newer, better version. If you are looking for a drive for regular usage or is wondering if you will notice a performance difference between a DRAMless (this drive) and a fancier SSD like the SN 750 or SN 850, this is probably the right drive for you. Also great for people on a budget or for upgrading the drive for people who are not very tech savvy.

Greater than one weekUse this Nvme ssd with my external enclosure. Copying large files are very quick. But guess copying many small files are still pretty slow.

> 3 dayBought this after good reviews, but it died within 3 months, reporting SMART critical errors. Got a replacement, and that died as well about two months later. Unhappy!

10-06-2025It definitely is a good value until the next gen comes down in pricing. Easy to install. The software to help you transfer did well at first, then for some mysterious region, when I went to erase my old drive, it caused both drives to fail. I had to recover my old drive and ended up losing a ton of settings , so I had to restart everything windows wise. Be cautious when trying to erase your old drive.

> 3 dayMuy Facil de instalar, aunque faltaron los tornillo y soportes del caso, pero nada que no se pueda improvisar o reemplazar

> 3 dayI bought this to replace a smaller drive that came with my computer. I have a number of larger multi-media files I like to keep on my computer so a bigger drive was needed. This one was super-easy to format and clone and it seems to be working perfectly since the changeover. I dont notice any issues with performance in any way. I dont know if theres much else to say about it. We shall see if it holds up over time but I dont anticipate any problems at this point.

Greater than one weekI bought the WD SA570 2TB High-Performance M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD and housed it in a Unitek USB C 3.1 Gen 2 10Gbps to NVMe PCIe M-Key: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07THVRS99/?coliid=I2K5TDHSGDKWJ3&colid=3EYICH8Y00AUQ&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1
