If you need disk cloning when you install this, look elsewhere. The included copy of Acronis is incredibly slow, and too dumb to recognize the drive if your existing c: drive isnt already from Western Digital. Samsungs come with better software.

I purchases to replace a 256gb Drive in a HP laptop. Cloned the 1TB drive from the the old drive and popped it in. Booted right up with no problems.
