> 24 hourI bought this when I first realized how ineffective the wifi performance is for the Nintendo Switch. My router is on the other side of the house and even though my Wii U could play games on it just fine, the Switch could barley attach to it.I tested with Smash for Wii U since that game is like a magnifying glass for lag. I was concerned that adding a point between the device and the router would affect response time, but I actually seem to have fewer laggy games now. It worked great for the Splatoon 2 beta on the Switch as well, so its fulfilled exactly what I got it for.

> 24 hourI was very excited to receive this in mail. Great pretty easy setup, up and running in less than 5 minutes. Extended the range of router to reach the full length of a long farm house. Speed seems as best as connected to the wireless router directly. I expected (magical) result upon setting up the extender repeating the existing Wi-Fi network.Of course, magic cant exactly describe what happened. But, some coverage extension did occur. Through the extender, I get about 35 to 42 mbs of download, when wired is getting about 55 to 65 mbs of download.

Reminder:
- The working status of the repeater can refer to its smart indicator light.
- WiFi signal booster is only limited to increase the coverage of the wireless signal, but not to increase the speed of the network.
- When the repeater expands the signal, it does not need to plug in the network cable. It can receive the signal of the router directly by plugging it into the socket, and transmit the wireless signal.
- When the repeater is unplugged or powered off after the setting is completed, it does not need to be reset. The original configuration information has been saved, unless you manually restore the factory state.
