Willow Tree figurines do a great job of capturing specific sentiments, and this is no exception. I got this one for my mother - her father was a Korean War veteran and when he passed away his flag was given to her stepmother, who then gave it to one of her brothers. I got her this as a memento and a way to remember Grandpa even though my uncle has the actual flag. She cried when I gave it to her. It truly is a sentimental, beautiful piece.

A very beautiful piece to add to our Willow Tree collection. Our uncle recently passed away (military veteran) and this captured the heart of his mother (our grandmother) as we remember him and his service. Great craftsmanship. Looks great.
