Worst suitcase ever. The wheels are the worst design. The case tips over on the slightest bump or crack.

I was disappointed that it wasnt a totally smooth exterior since I bought it as a travel suitcase to out stickers on, however it wasnt in the item description and I talk this is an amazing suitcase!

So bought this suitcase in July 2022 and here we are in November and on my last trip I see that the suitcase has cracked. I used this suitcase for about 8 to 10 trips. Very disappointed with this purchase for sure.

one of the wheels had the tread wear off on its first trip and just city streets. A new bag and a similar replacement wheel cannot be found,

I love that for the colors, shape and lightweight. I also have a travel a lot and use renown names last ones I had were Delaney and I ran them to the ground. I picked Samsonite as it is a brand of trust, I filled it to 19 kg (a large 28” luggage) and as soon as I carried it it cracked!!! Where is is when I went to Samsonite customer service, they said that I have to pay $20 shipping and that is if it qualifies for me Cuz. This is an absolute travesty! I really hope that somebody picks up this review and provides me with support. I bought this in July 2022 and this is my first trip with it.

I thought Samsonite would be higher quality. Threads are coming off zipper all the time. Inside stabilizing bands and notches are flimsy. Figuring the lock system is not straightforward. The product is just blah.

This is a great small case for overnight or weekend travel. My husband often travels for work and this case is one of his favs. He uses it mostly for winter and bad weather due to its more weather resistant nature. It packs nicely and there is plenty of space for one person over an entire weekend, including shoes and utilities. Easily maneuvered with rotating wheels and scalable handle.

I purchased these to upgrade from a soft spinner set I had for a couple years. These look great, roll with ease and have great zippers. I would give 5 stars, but the handles are very flimsy when the suitcases are full. Other than that, Im very happy with my purchase. Time will tell if they hold up.
