Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

Gift to my wife; we liked the size, the light weight and the secure and convenient easy to use locking; however, we are VERY DISSATISFIED with the quality of the material. The large suitcase broke up on top the third time it was used on 10/12/19 ; luckily the contains did not spill out. The suitcase material was not strong enough to survive the baggage handling in the airplane.

Really lightweight travel bags with a large space, I recommend buying it, especially it is made by Samsonite

So sick of samsonite, keep selling damaged luggages and re-packaging as new products, this is a fraud. Should be sued.

Took 3 months, second trip for the first 5 inches crack that I fixed with glue instead of driving to your store 2 hour so that you honor the warranty. Then 8 months later, 4th trips another 4 inches crack! Still not inspire to drive. Cant believe that it is a Samsonite. I want to be reimburse otherwise Ill force to use it as a garbage can...

They not only look great but hold more than I expected.

This is a great small case for overnight or weekend travel. My husband often travels for work and this case is one of his favs. He uses it mostly for winter and bad weather due to its more weather resistant nature. It packs nicely and there is plenty of space for one person over an entire weekend, including shoes and utilities. Easily maneuvered with rotating wheels and scalable handle.

Just what I expected from Samsonite

When received, one roller did not move. It was jammed against the frame. When pulled out, the framing material pushed in at the corner impeding the free movement of the zipper. This showed me the wheel construction is not strong enough to resist damage due to rough handling by airline personnel expected as compared to treatment by this shipper.

Great value suitcase holds a lot and since hard case less likely to get damaged like cloth suitcases. Did not like tsa lock built into it, hard to lock properly. So, I just zipped it up and bought a small tsa lock to lock zippers Michelle Kraut
