Winfield 3 DLX Hardside Luggage with Spinners, Carry-On 20-Inch, Silver

Received this carry-on a couple of days ago. Was excited to take it out of the box because I love the style and it looks similar to the Pivot set I own. Unfortunately, its dented in a couple of spots on the top front. Disappointed and now wondering about the quality if it is already dented from simply shipping it.

Seems well built, yet lightweight

We historically have always purchased Samsonite for their price point and durability however I was extremely disappointed that after owning this for 12 months and limited trips during covid that the black rubber tread from the wheel fell off one wheel and it was extremely difficult to roll through the airport with one wheel with no tread.

I used this bag on an American Airlines flight with no issues. The hard fiberglass shell is nice and makes me feel more secure about it protecting the internal contents. I love that it opens in the middle to give two half compartments to pack in, with a soft center divider that can be hooked down on either side to keep it in place. I prefer it opening that way instead of the zipper far on one side leaving one deep pocket to fill. I was a bit disappointed in how it rolled and the adjustable handle. When I tried to roll it standing straight up on all four wheels, it kept veering to the side. The handle also seemed a little weak.

Great, durable, and roomie suitcase. Replaced my old Samsonite suitcase for this one and I love it. Lost of compartments, and the TSA lock is a plus.

Excellent quality luggage at a fair price.

We ordered this set of luggage for my husband after he did lots of research. While it was very maneuverable and nice looking, it is obviously NOT durable. We received the three piece set in a box and upon inspection we found a crack in one corner of the 28” suitcase outer shell. My husband also notice some discoloration on the same piece. We really wanted to like this set, but instead returned it. If it can not hold up to being shipped in a box, how can it hold up to airport and cruise ship handlers? We will be ordering another set of hard sided luggage, but not from this manufacturer.

Extremely light. Easy to maneuver. Its probably very strong but its so light it feels like it might break at any time. Its great to pack and travel, but if youre the kind of person who lives out of a suitcase on week-trips without fully unpacking and repacking, then this bag is not great to constantly reach in and out of.

I travel extensively, domestically and internationally and this bag replaces an identical one that was damaged on my last trip. I liked the bag I used for years so much that I replaced it with an identical bag.

For reasons that ought to be obvious, I couldnt upload the 3 pictures I took of the piece. Hook that connects the divider to the edge of the case broke, and seam for the main zipper is coming apart. This after a single trip! Oh, and if you are thinking the warranty is of any value, you ought to know that you will have to send the piece in to a repair facility at your own cost! Pure, unadulterated Cambodian GARBAGE.
