> 3 dayI am truly happy with this board, I wrote as state of the art (I am not sure if it really is but if not, is should be quite close to it). The self healing works perfect and the bounce back has been reduced to zero ! so far (this was what annoys me from my previous boards). The multi layer thickness results in something quite heavy but is truly worth it, the darts enter smoothly, of course it depends also on the shape of the tip, Unicorn has a not so sharp angled tip compared to Winmau or Bottelsen ones. My comment relates to the same feature compared to old board models.

> 3 dayReally impressed with this board! Heavy duty, dense and somewhat self healing. Mounting was a snap and the included levelers insure a solid perch on the wall. Very pleased with this purchase so far.

Greater than one weekIm really enjoying this dartboard. I bought it as an upgrade from the cheap board Ive had for years and it really makes a difference. I would play for a couple of hours on my old board and always have half a dozen darts hit the wires and bounce out. I played on this one for an entire evening and had zero bounce-outs. As some other reviews have mentioned, mine wasnt 100% perfect as far as the surface being completely uniform and smooth, but there were only a few very small spots in the corners of sections that were a little bit off. The minor imperfections make no difference in how it plays, though, and from more than a few feet away you cant even tell. Overall, Im very happy with it.

Greater than one weekThe board is of tremendous quality. The holes seal quite well when pulling out the dart. It mounts solidly to the wall and has some adjustability to ensure it rests perfectly flat. The metal dividers are as thin as they could possibly be. The total thickness itself is a couple inches at least, or so it seems. The workmanship is top notch; flawless on the one I bought. Friends comment on how nice it is. DOWNSIDE: The numbers ring is very ordinary (everyone seems to have this same one with the wire numbers), which for me was not good enough. I bought a third party numbers ring (looks like Arial Narrow font) to round out this otherwise perfect dart board. It is perfect now.

> 3 dayAfter reading both Amazon reviews and reviews from other websites, I decided to go with this Winmau Blade 5 board. Overall am happy with the initial appearance and playability of the board (no bounce-outs due to the angle and thinness of the spider and the paint lines are real crisp with no bleeding into other numbers), but the board is not self-healing. When I say that, I mean even after 3 days of not playing on this board, I still see the holes from previous games that occurred several days prior. My old board (non-Winmau) is over 20 years old and heals up overnight and I get to start fresh the next day with no prior holes. I am not sure if I got a bad copy or if the quality of Winmau has deteriorated over the years since those reviews were written. The next board purchase I make will not be a Winmau. Sorry, they missed on this one.

> 3 dayMounting against a flat surface required a bit of “jury rigging “ for vertical adjustment as not to make or put holes in the wall needing future repair. As for quality, I just again started shooting darts, it appears it will last a “very” long time in my home. Now as for price, the old saying is quite true, you get what you pay for.

> 3 dayHas to be the best on the market very low bounce out and the material they used to design this board is amazing its most definitely worth the price, its will last for many years to come. Ive played over 100 games on this already and to look at the board you really gotta look closely to see the dart holes. Great Board

> 3 dayGOOD PRODUCT AT A FAIR PRICE. Most who will but this will know exactly what the are looking at...why? Because this is the board most use to play darts on at the Pub. Stay consistent ... practice at home with what you will be playing on in the bar. Unless your bar is cheap... then good luck on that generic.

> 3 dayI LOVE THIS BOARD. I am so happy I did my homework and spent a little more than my cheap butt was going to spend. This is a phenomenal board. The darts go in nice and deep and the holes can be rubbed out. The board itself is heavy, solid. Hanging it was easy and I love the adjustable screws on the back that stabilize it against the wall. I am now completely addicted.

> 3 dayGreat quality for the money. We play all the time and it shows no signs of slowing down. Would buy again and again. Writing this review about 6 months in. Put a piece of plywood behind it so you don’t wreck your wall if indoors/garage!
