Winsor & Newton Designers Gouache, 14 ml (0.47oz) tube, Permanent White

While the color was as expected, I had to squeeze quite a bit of the turquoise to get my first dollop of paint. The tube was definitely not full. (The brilliant green tube, which I had purchased at the same time, had paint up to the top.)

W&N gouache as always beautiful, velvety and highly pigmented. can’t get enough of it.

I wanted to try this to add white on top of my water color. It works great! I also figured out I can add a little to a color to make an opaque light shade of any color, by mixing with my water color. I could buy a bunch of different pastels but just buying the white and mixing with my water colors makes it really versatile. here is a painting where I used it on some waves. Id say Im beginner to painting but do have a lot of drawing experience.

So far, Ive only used this for little touchups as needed - after I have already tried lifting. To get the best coverage, I only added the tiniest bit of water. It is a great product and gets the job done! I have never been disappointed with any Windsor & Newton product. Their watercolor paints are of the highest quality and I LOVE their watercolor paper. Top notch.

Needed a white paint, not gouache, accidently bought this item and had to return, but the return policy is nice.

Very pleased with product. I mix it with watercolors, and it performs well.

The packaging is a bit flimsy - wrapping in bubble wrap would help make sure the paint doesnt freeze or puncture. Envelopes are a bit big.
